  *********************** did a wonderful job in getting ** set up with SurePayroll. We had a few issues with our bank but ***** was on top of it and we got it all resolved. I would recommend them to other clients!!

  I have been using SurePayroll for my small business for a few years now, and when it's time to expand in multiple locations, it had to use them again. It's a no brainer. My representative *********************************** walked me through the entire process and made sure the transition went smoothly. I highly recommend this company. I have sent referrals to my colleagues as well. We are all very pleased with the experience and ease of running payroll on our own terms!

  ***************** helped me with a payroll problem that my employee created. I thought it would be difficult to find someone to talk to at the end of the day and better yet get the situation rectified today. I called the 800 number and ************ answered immediately! When I explained what had happened he said Oh that is not a problem, I can help you with that immediately. He was patient, kind and friendly. A very professional representative who not only walked me through how to correct the error, but showed me very easily how I can fix errors on my own in the future.If I could, I would give him and Sure Payroll ********** (10 STARS). They just keep impressing me over and over again. Thank you, ***************

  HORRIBLE! This payroll company failed to file our 4th Quarter 941 payroll tax return and gave us a hassle when we discovered it 6 months later we he did our 2022 tax return. Also instead of just filing the return. They put through an Amended tax return until I had to explain to them the difference between the two. Horrible.
