    Very frustrating experience. I was a customer of ***** **** which was acquired by SurePayroll. The difference in customer service has been night and day. I haven't had a household employee for over a year but have been charged monthly by surepayroll. I called them today to try to figure out how to close my account AND terminate any obligations for reporting to the state. SurePayroll said they said they can't help with that. They indicated they neither open state accounts nor close them, which isn't quite accurate since ********* did open my account on my behalf. I simply want to stop paying for nothing and of course there's zero support for that.

    My company has been with SurePayroll for 4 years. Over that time I have had more than a dozen incidents where SP employees have made promises to call me back, take care of a refund for tax I should not have had to pay, or handle an issue with the state of Colorado for reporting, all of which were NEVER done as promised. Most recently, I has a customer service supervisor promise to handle a refund, and he changed my payroll from automatic to it not occuring at all. This is a huge headache for me. That's what I am paying for...getting multiple cluster headaches and being gaslit. It's clear the culture of, and the way this company does business is in no way in line with treating customers as their most valuable asset. Instead, they gaslight people like me, who simply want to run my business and take care of our customers without shenanigans. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am voting with me feet and looking elsewhere.

    There is not enough room to list the reasons why you should NOT use SurePayroll. BEWARE and do your research before signing any contracts. Ive tried twice to do business with them and neither was a good experience.

    I was approached by Sure Payroll services to sign multiple accounting clients to their payroll service with a promise of discounted pricing for a period for client and Referral rewards for myself. I earned 3 referral rewards. I reminded them numerous times that the 90 days as active customers had passed with no referral rewards received. After several inquiries, I was paid for two referrals. I've inquired for more than 4 months regarding last referral reward and they just pass me around and around and no one helps. Only use their service if customer service, honesty and integrity are not important to you.

    We recently experienced a serious disruption in payroll services through SurePayroll, which significantly impacted our business operations. Our companys entire payroll failed to process, and we received no prior notification or follow-up communication regarding the issue.Upon attempting to log in to the SurePayroll platform, we were met with server errors and no response from their system. This alone was concerning, but what compounded the issue was the complete lack of transparency or proactive communication from the company. No emails, alerts, or updates were sent to inform us of the technical difficulties.When we contacted customer support, we were only told that ********************** was experiencing "technical issues." There was no clarification as to whether this was due to a system outage, hardware failure, ormore worryinglya data breach. The lack of detail and transparency left us with serious concerns about the security of our company and employee data, as well as frustration with the overall lack of accountability.A payroll service is mission-critical, and customers deserve timely updates and clear communicationespecially when something goes wrong. In this case, SurePayroll fell far short of those expectations.Given this experience, we are now seriously considering switching to another payroll provider. We have little to no faith left in SurePayroll or its parent company, *******, to reliably support our business needs or maintain basic standards of communication and customer service.

    They charged our bank from 2020 without telling us. They said they will refund the service that never get used. We never use their service. One time the person called us and they start signing us up for promotional and from then until we talked to our bank they rip us off thousands of dollars. Do not do business with this people, they are ripping people off businesses and even the supervisors accept the fact that we never use their service and she said will refund us. They never did. ******** company ripping everyone off. This company needs to get down as they are scamming people and businesses

    DO NOT USE SUREPAYROLL! They are shady and have THE WORST customer service, communication skills, and overall operation. They were taking money for taxes and never paid my taxes with the state of ********, they eventually refunded my money when I quit them and I had a huge outstanding balance with the state of ********. They are horrible and never communicated a word to me. Stay away from them, it'll save you a lot of grief.

    This was the WORST experience I have ever had as a small business owner in 8 years. I find their hidden fees and HORRIBLE customer service something all new small ********************** owners should be wary of. You don't know what you don't know until it is too late.
