  ***** was super helpful! Very professional and communication was clear. He was quick to respond with guidance and answers. We switched over from another payroll company and are so glad we did.The onboarding experience was smooth and running payroll each week has been an easy process.

  I have been with Surepayroll for 3 years now. I needed to have my account updated with my new phone number for over a year now. I called in everyday from last year up to today and no one, not even the Supervisors could get this processed. I was told that someone would call me back, and I never received a call back from anyone. I have not been able to run a payroll for months because of this, however today was my lucky day. The **************** Rep that helped me today by the name of *****************M was very professional, knowledgeable and very concerned that it took this long to have this resolved. ******** placed me on hold for about 5 minutes. When she came back on the line to advised that my issue was resolved, I was so relieved. Not only that, ******** stayed on the line with me and while testing my log in to see if I was able to log in successfully. ********.M went above the call of duty. If she has not been considered for a Leadership role in this department, she should be in the near future. Thanks so much for your help today *****************M

  I think people only come to BBB to leave a review when they have negative experience. And I hope my review would give this company some fairness. As a very small business owner, I have been looking for an easy payroll service with fair price. After comparing and contacting all major payroll companies, I finally picked SurePayroll. Not just because they had the best offer among all the payroll services at the time I enrolled, but the smooth, responsive help and information that my account executive ********************* provided. For what other payroll companies took at least a day or two to respond, ****** always responded within couple hours, sometimes even in just a few minutes. He also guided me through the whole enrollment process, prepared documents and explained every single question I had raised. It was so easy to get a hold with them when I had questions during the enrollment process and each single time I got straightforward and helpful information that can actually solve the problems. As working in the IT consulting industry myself, I also found SurePayroll's website pretty straightforward and easy to use. It might not be the best across the board, but it's definitely much better than the other two big name payroll services that I had tried on.

  I just read all of the bad reviews so I will definitely update as I work with them, but so far so good. *********************** is my rep and he has stayed on top of everything to make sure the transition from my previous provider went smoothly. Im extremely busy, and he emailed and called to make sure I did not miss any deadlines. He is also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him if you are going to give this company a chance.
