  *********************** spent a lot of time making sure we got set up correctly. He was patient and found answers to all my questions. Even questions that were probably not necessary. I greatly appreciate the help and the ease this will bring to our payroll.

  We have had the best overall experience with ***************** and Surepayroll! **** has been very responsive (most cases responed to our questions within couple hours), and knowledgeable throughout the whole onboarding process. With his patient support and guidance, we completed the onboarding process swiftly, and ran our first payroll (their software is very easy to use, literally took less than 20 secs to complete the patroll)... I recommend working with ***************** and using Surepayroll without any reservations!

  I have had an issue with tax and an amendment was filed, its charged at a price but ******** M was super helpful in waiving the fee and was extremely courteous and very interested in truly helping out. She first listened to the issue carefully and did her best to resolve it. This issue was closed on the same call.
