  We had a very unique situation when changing over Bookkeepers. Other than the long hold time for customer service, they were AWESOME. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

  I've been using Surepayroll since 2018 and have been very pleased. Recently I added some additional employees and needed help fixing some problems. ******** was amazing, she was very patient as she walked me through the process. I found the whole experience very satisfying.

  The website is not intuitive to use or navigate around and the interfaces really need a good redesign. That being said, their customer service always responds either immediately or within a short time. On more than one occasion they held my hand and walked through different scenarios always with plenty of patience and empathy. I am here because a particular paycheck was deposited on the wrong date and ******************** went above and beyond to help me through how to request corrections and even showed me a very helpful external website to double-check some figures. I would not hesitate to recommend Surepayroll to everyone.

  ****************** was extremely patient and professional in helping us solve the issue on time. I was on back-to-back calls with her as we ran into unexpected technical errors repeatedly and she walked me through each step over the phone and via email as well. We need more people like ******* in any business that involves dealing with customers.

  Easy peezy! I was very fearful of changing from old payroll system (QB), but I felt I had to get away from them. So did some research and arrived at Sure Payroll. It was a breeze setting everything up (even after 1 quarter with old payroll). I just processed my first payroll and it was great! Representative *********************** was with me every step of the way. He was very easy to talk to and made the transition simple. Thank you!

  Representative ************************************* provided outstanding and excellent service to get our small business set up with using the Sure Payroll System. This is a huge time saver for us. The ease of getting my questions answered was greatly appreciated. I feel confident that this is the right program for us. Again, great customer service and going above and beyond makes me feel the right choice was made.

  I've recently signed on to Sure Payroll. I had been meaning to do so for awhile but kept putting it off. The team patiently followed up on a regular basis to make sure that I was still on track, and even though that is typical, good sales practice, I appreciated it because they were not pushy, and always helpful. Once we signed on, our account manager, ************************** was very helpful, patiently showing me how to use the platform, correcting my errors, and being available over phone and email to answer questions. The platform itself is easy to use, and the process is smooth and easy to use. Overall a good experience, made even better with people like ***** providing support.
