    Greenlight is awesome. I have worked remote from home since March 2020. Never one single issue with Greenlight. And no issues working remotely and running various other internet apps.

    I couldn’t wait for fiber to get installed in our neighborhood, and Greenlight was the first to provide fiber, so I jumped to sign up. Greenlight has consistently provided gigabit internet service with no service interruptions, except for a couple of new service connects. I monitor my service periodically and I can confirm the constant gigabit service.

    Greenlight's fiber network is great. Super reliable, good speeds and low latency.
    Where they fall down is in the account security. They have my credit card information but to this day they still have ZERO 2FA on the accounts. Not even the weakest 2FA like SMS or email verification.
    I've sent around 3 requests for it this last year. Each time I get "thank you, we'll send this to our engineers." Nothing happens.
    This needs to be addressed. TOTP 2FA would be best of course, but at this point I'll take anything.

    Have been very happy with Greenlight! Love that they haven't raised the rates in all the years I have had them. Speeds have always been fast and have only had a few very short outages. Working from home has been fast and efficient! Customer Service reps have always been very helpful and pleasant! SO much better than my previous provider!!!

    I'm very happy with this internet provider. Also, I have a utility pole in my backyard and the Greenlight service people are very respectful.
