    Our experience with Greenlight has been nothing but positive. Internet is consistent, and we've had zero issues with it, or their customer service when questions were asked.

    I’m new to the area and moving from Florida. I bought a TV from **** *** for my townhome. The associate at **** *** suggested to me to get Greenlight as an internet service if I was going to stream. He said the speed they could provide would be the best way to go. I was able to get Greenlight and so far I haven’t had any buffering. The overall service has been excellent. I would highly recommend getting Greenlight!

    I had lost internet connection. Called GreenLight. The rep noticed that the account was 'blocked' but couldn't understand why, as the account was current. He 'unblocked' the account. Was back up and running within 5 minutes. Excellent. This was and continues to be the only issue I have had in 6 months

    at 6 mos of service my speed is fast and consistent with 100% uptime. greenlight has met and/ or exceeded all of my expectations as well as all promises and claims regarding their service.

    They do not service seniors or veterans...they are very rude over the phone and now they have even blocked me from calling which should be illegal!!! I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole!!!

    They don't even deserve 1 star!
    We have had issues with our Greenlight internet service for over a month now. The internet would just "drop" several times per day. Greenlight sent a tech out twice, but the tech could not fix the problem. Apparently there is a problem with the splitter. Now we have no internet service at all. It's been out for over 2 days. I work from home so this is a huge problem. I've called repeatedly and all of the customer service reps give me the run around. Nobody will give me a straight answer. They are refusing to fix the problem. They are just crediting my account.
    DO NOT USE GREENLIGHT!!!!!

    Just completing my first year with Greenlight. During that time, I have experienced only one short outage which was within a day or two of my installation and was attributed to the ongoing construction of new lines. I've written previously about how quickly Greenlight addressed this problem. Only other issue was a scheduled maintenance which took me a while to recover from. In fairness to Greenlight, I'm using a commercial grade router which apparently doesn't recover automatically from such outages as easily as residential devices. I've figured out the reconnection sequence and don't anticipate any future such issues. I should mention that the Greenlight informed its users of the scheduled maintenance beforehand so I knew the cause for my disconnection. The important thing is that I have not encountered any slowdowns, service interruptions and glitches with the exception of one streaming service who I blame for that problem. I'm thrilled! Problems with ******** were frequent and regular. Now there gone!

    Service is great with no issues in my home with all things running off WIFI.
    HOWEVER
    when the service is down, there is no immediate up.
    AND there is no credit provided for loss of service. 24 hours without service crashed everything in my home and no credit is given, per company policy.
    BAD business practice, you pay a full month but if you don't have service they don't care. Not even when it's an outside wire issue and can't be blamed on something in the house.

    I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I had attached a coupon for free installation to my order for services. The tech came to install and even mentioned that I had the free installation. I had received an invoice dated 4/8/24 for $235 and this invoice stated that it was past due (yes the same date I had received it) I had reached out to Greenlight to inquire about the installation fee that I was charged and was told my coupon had expired and "some how" this coupon was removed from my order. I told the "live chat" representative that I agree to pay the $135 however I was disputing the installation fee. She had opened a ticket, which was then closed without any more interaction. The next day I again received a late notice and I again contacted Greenlight for which another ticket was opened. I then went into my account and turned off auto-pay. On 4/10/24, that ticket that was opened on 4/9/24 was also closed without interaction. I had contact them again on 4/11/24 and had asked to speak to the billing department and was told that there wasn't one. Per Jason, the live chat rep, "we out source our billing that is why we are able to keep our prices so low." I had then asked to speak to a manager and was told by Jason that he would have a lead reach out to me. I had never heard from a lead regarding my dispute and all open tickets had been closed. On 4/12/24, Greenlight had removed the $235 from my account. I went into my account and surprisingly my auto pay was turned back on. I had then contacted my bank and have filed a dispute.
