    Greenlight mounted a junction box in an inappropriate place, damaged my property, and will not give me a timeline as to when this will be rectified. It's been weeks and they say there is no way to escalate the issue. They are completely stonewalling and have stopped responding to my ************ feels as if the only way this will be rectified is through the courts. Terrible customer service, stay away.

    This Internet is so much better than ********. The gentleman that stopped at our house was very polite and informative. Everything was spelled out for us and the transition was quick and easy. And cheaper!!!

    Excellent service! Signed up online, installation a breeze and tech advised me that I didn't need their Wi-Fi router as mine was new enough! Got a great promotion and said goodbye to cable. Don't miss it at all. Internet service pretty fast but need to upgrade my tablet. Highly recommend Greenlight to anybody looking to cut the cord!

    * buyer beware *
    The salesperson will tell you what you want to hear, after you get blind charges, they say all of it is in the fine print. The business is interested in charges and not customer service/satisfaction.

    After having a very poor connection with our previous service Greenlight is far and away superior. It’s fast and constant. No freezing and no dropped connections. Did recommend to friends and family.

    Greenlight is the real deal. Good solid dependable internet for a reasonable price. I've had it about 6 months now and it has only gone out twice. Both times it was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Our streaming apps rarely freeze.

    Very reliable internet , polite and professional installation. Very good on communication if anything is coming up like an upgrade or any questions you need .

    The actual internet is great. However the customer service is horrendous. The online chat never works, when call to change a card they don’t actually do it so you need to call back multiple times.
    The 3rd party contractors do the installation never follow up or finish the job. My yard still has not been back filled as promised or my driveway fixed!!!
