  My front door has shifted. I sent a m maintenance request with no response. Now days later the dying door ring lick because the locks dont match up with the holes. So now I have to sleep with the front door unlocked. Also the window AC unit blew out smoke that smelled of electrical burning.( Repair man witnessed), second day fire department was called because it started smoking again and smelled of burning. But it still wont be replaced. *************** advised do not leave unit unattended even going to the mail box. And unplug when not at home.

  I currently live in an updated apartment and it's far from updated. My family was transferred due to a huge inconvenience at the other unit *** frankly that one was better. We have a fitness center in the complex but equipment doesn't work. The pool was suppose to be open Memorial Day weekend and it hasn't not been open to date. Leasing office doesn't return calls or emails. This is the worst move of entire life.

  Zero stars! These apartments are disgusting, mice infested and rude staff does absolutely nothing about it no matter how many times you tell them that there are mice running across your stove, in your oven, under your fridge, and across furniture. Every tenant has mice living in their unit. And the exterminator they hire says "there's nothing you can do about it, this whole building is infested." Disgraceful! They should pay the tenant to live there! Not to mention the screaming you hear from neighbors and the s*** show that happens in the parking lot every night. Laundry room is filthy! If you like to be tortured every single day- live here.Welcome to your nightmare.

  My apartment has been flooded and has extensive water damage on four different occasions. The utility closet and bedroom which is next to it contain mold that I suspect is black mold due to condensation that leaked into my room and living room. The toilet flooded my closet, bathroom and hallway and has caused water damage and loss of property. My dishwasher and sink have overflowed and something under my apartment flooded the carpet in random areas. And not my clothes washer is doing the same thing in a different area in my living room underneath my carpet. I have pictures of the closet that contains my AC unit and these pictures are horrific and wreak of black mold that is being pumped into my home through the vents. Management doesnt care and refused to address these issues. Corporate has done little to nothing in regards to these issues. I have a newborn and have requested a new unit but have yet to get a response. These are unlivable conditions and I plan on taking legal action if no one attempts to rectify the situation. Its been an ongoing issue and Ive tried my best to be kind, understanding, and patient but Im being ignored and nothing ever actually gets fixed. I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone who will listen to avoid anyone to the complex I live in and any other complex that is owned my eagle rock. I feel constantly sick- cough and congestion. At work or anywhere else is clears up. Theres obviously a serious mold issue which I have brought up and its been ignored. This is the type of place that comes out, sprays something then paints over the mold. This is not a safe place to live.

  Ive lived in one of their properties for many years. It was great at first, service wise, maintenance wise etc. The rent is now sky high, theyve added sewer and water, BUT I have put in numerous work orders/complaints for mice extermination over the last 4 months and no one has come. Funny how they only contact you if you owe a dime. No one should have to live like this its a disgrace.All the visitor spots are taken with cars covered up, no upgrades no painting nothing
