    We had to cancel ********** in December due to my father having surgery for a broken hip. I am a caregiver for my Mother and Father. Once I submitted all the required paperwork our refund was issued in a very timely manner. I would recommend and use Aon Affinity again for future cruises. ************

    Fast, painless, claim process. Easy form to fill out and claim was approved quickly and funds were disbursed even quicker. It's not fun having to lose a trip to illness, but I'll continue to use Aon for future vacations.

    They covered our claim quickly and easily. All we needed was a letter from our doctor showing why we couldn't go on **********. I am very glad I bought trip insurance.

    I had a medical emergency while out of the country requiring a brief hospital stay. It took six months to complete my claim with my health insurance company. I then finished submitting the necessary receipts and explanation of services to Aon and received payment within two weeks. To be fair, *** was in receipt of all but the final judgment from my health insurance company for most of the six months. That said, I was impressed and satisfied with their expediency in completing my claim.

    It took a while to settle the claim, but so many people were cancelling travel. I can understand the delay, and that did not bother me. they gave me the refund with NO issues, so they get 4 stars

    I used AON Affinity for a Rose **** Parade program. We had to cancel our trip due to the ********* Airlines holiday meltdown. We were unable to schedule another flight on a different airline at a reasonable price to get ** there without missing a big chunk of our program. I cancelled the day before we were supposed to leave. The program sponsor refunded half of our fee, and AON refunded the other half in a very timely manner after I submitted the information online.

    We experienced a post trip delay for 5 days. We submitted the our receipts to AON 2nd week of January 2023. AON we very professional and expedient with our claim. We received full payment of the receipts we submitted the first week of February 2023. No issues what so ever.

    I canceled my cruise due to illness. The claim process was easy and very simple by scanning all three doctor visits invoices and medication receipts. Then attached to claim. I received full refund within 3 weeks. Thank you Aon Affinity!

    This was the second time I used Aon for travel insurance, and both experiences ended very fairly. I will say that it takes quite a while until the case is closed, perhaps due to understaffing. But all businesses deal with that these days. I have Aon insurance once again for an upcoming ****** trip And I hope I get to go and dont have any more insurance claims!

    Easy to file my travel claim. Excellent support with agents.Prompt review and payment. In contrast, my other annual travel policy has been difficult to file and is still pending after 4 months of filing.
