    While the required documents were difficult to get eventually I was able to submit everything. My expenses were reimbursed fairly.

    Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to ***** and ****** due to health issues. The process was seamless and we are happy that all of our money was refunded except for the insurance.

    I recently had to use my Aon Travel Insurance and the experience was excellent. I provided the necessary documentation and the claim was paid promptly. I will certainly use them again.,

    Purchased the insurance , never dreaming we would use it. After my husband suffered a medical change, (stroke affecting speech and behavior), I spoke with a representative who was very helpful . She guided me through the claim process. After submitting the claim, it was only about 10 days before we were offered a full refund. I think it is essential to purchase this protection , particularly for fragile persons.

    A month before my celebrity cruise my husband got sick. It affected his eye and his seeing. I submitted doctors note explaining his condition. It was approved within 2 days and we had check in a week. I was very happy

    I I damaged my Achilles heel one month before my cruise. I had to cancel my trip. I took the Insurance the ship offered and about a month later after sending the Insurance company my Surgery report i was refunded 100% of my money!!

    This Company has been "reviewing" our claim since March 2025 from travel December 2024. It took from December to March to even get started with their cumbersome website. They keep asking us for more and more documentation and I have had to fight to get that. Then they make us wait yet another 10 business days. The *************************************************** It's always 3 or more days after. I am a loyal Princess cruiser but feel like checking out other cruise lines if they do NOT deal with ***. It's September and I'm still having to wait yet another 10 days. Please do not pay the fee to get AON.

    I am a senior and bought travel insurance through Carnival cruises. We had to cancel bc my husband got pneumonia and is still not well. Paid $160.00 for travel cancellation insurance through Carnival, who uses **********************************, after submitting a doctors note after 3 weeks they wont refund our money! Dont waste your money folks, you wont get it back!

    I purchased AON Affinity travel insurance through my *** representative many months before traveling. I became ill a couple of days before disembarking the ship. I was not feeling well the day before we ended our cruise. Once the medical center open, I was examined and treated then, given a bill of $3,000+. I voiced that I was displeased with the bill and was told to go to Guest Services. They couldn't help until 6am on 7/3/25. Thereafter, I was referred to the ************ and ******* Villanerva of the Philippines explained that the charges were applied to my credit card and without my authorization. I had tried to make arrangements to find another solution about this payment. I was reassured that if I need assistance, that the insurance would be able and I would not have anything to worry about. I have contacted them and all they do is tell me to contact my Primary health Insurance. Because of this matter that happened internationally, it is Out Of Network. So once I made it home, I had to make copies, send emails, mail letters, and follow up on phone calls. I reached out to my primary health insurance as well. It has been extremely tiring and constantly back and forth with both companies. I have waited, and I didnt receive the customer service I was expecting; they showed no interest in assisting me. I am a paid customer, and I do not appreciate this company just pushing me aside. Just think, I have a claim, and they will not pay instantly after showing the documents that were charged to me. I just need this expedited immediately. My credit card is at risk of becoming late due to the fact that it's a hardship paying for this bill that I was not expecting to pay. The main fact is that I need my reimbursement I need your assistance, please!
