      I had emergency surgery making it necessary to cancel my cruise. Claim process was straight forward..,,They answered all my questions and claim completely in timely manner.

      Family experienced an unexpected medical issue 3 days before a scheduled Princesses cruise. Clam was filled and reimbursed within 3 weeks. AON insurance was a big winner.

      I do not recommend unless you read absolutely every loophole They ask for ALOT of documentation and even when u give it to them they still deny you. I believe they pick and choose what to approve. Because we pre booked a non refundable hotel was not reimbursed for an over 3 hour disruption in our trip Causing us to miss a booked hotel and they would not reimburse because it was pre booked. Of course a hotel is pre booked when u travel internationally. You HAVE too in case occurrences like we had happen. If not for the knowledge of our travel agent for prebooking and going 1 day early we wouldve missed out. Cruise. I asked to be reimbursed for a hotel stay for 225. And they refused. Because it was pre booked. How stupid is that. I have even a lengthy letter from united stating this all occurred but no. Please DO NOT USE THEM. SEEK A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND SANITY.

      We had a scheduled cruise and my wife found out the she has a serious medical issue and we had to cancel the cruise, She contacted AON travel Insurance to get her refund and they keep saying they need all the reports from the doctors and she has sent them all the documents that shows her condition and all the doctors reports and they are still saying they need the reports THEY ARE DRAGGING THERE FEET AND ARE WORTHLESS, legal actions coming soon.

      Continues to ask for documents they have! ** told us to cancel cruise due to husband starting chemo. Jeep getting requests fir more and more documents. Sent over 115 pages!!

      My family booked a cruise through *** and checked the box to use the travel insurance through ***. Our trip was a disaster from missing our boat because of a delayed flight to having to find our own way through the ****************** to catch the boat at the next port. Many expenses were incurred in 2 days, $1400 to be exact. When we got home, I filed a claim for our hotel stays and transportation expenses. We received a reimbursement on our hotels but when it came to travel, we were denied on the $380 we spent. The Dominican DOES NOT provide receipts for cab trips or concierge services to get you from point A to point B. They take cash. That is it. When I called and explained the situation, I was basically told I was out of luck and they can't reimburse those expenses! What the h*** is a person supposed to do when that is the only option???? Walk??? Next time you get stranded in a foreign country, just know *** does not have your back if you have absolutely no way to get receipts. If I see AON as an insurance option, I WILL NOT book anymore vacations with them as an option.

      We have carried the platinum level of this travel insurance for years. The last part of a tour of ****** was a train from ****** to ************. From there we were to fly to ********* before returning to ***. A train ahead of us was stopped & unable to move. After waiting for hours Vy turned us around & we got back to ******, all flights had departed. We had ************ expenses & had to purchase new airfare. We missed the flight from *** to *** & accrued more expenses. *** denied the claim saying trains were not covered in travel! It wasnt the metro! I am so grateful we did not have a medical emergency costing thousands instead of a delay costing hundreds. We will not renew this worthless policy!

      *** never follows up with me on baggage claim interruptions on luggage I never receive on a 5-day cruise on Monday 3 of February to Saturday 8 of February. The call me 9 days later with my luggage. I been waiting for compensation well over a month now with no results.
