  We just had to cancel our mediterranean cruise and airfare due to a medical issue. The process was easy and the money sent to us 2 days after they received the Doctors form. We are thrilled at how smooth it went. Thanks Aon.

  *** recently covered my claim for cruise fares when I cancelled due to a medical emergency. The claim submission was seamless and easy -- and very fast.   We recently had to cancel a two week tour of ****** due to an injury and subsequent surgery. AON Affinity handled our claim with efficiency and we were totally refunded. They require documentation of the injury and that is totally understandable. I would highly recommend using them to insure travel. We have already booked a tour for next year and purchased travel insurance through ***.

  When our trip had to reschedule due to a health issue, we filed our claim, and we were reimbursed in short time. The filing was easy, and communications were great.

  My claim was a long experience of approximately 4 months to be fully resolved. This lengthy time was not Aon's fault. It was my insurance and then secondary insurances time in denying payment for my overseas travel. Once I received denials from those insurers, *** was extremely prompt in issuing full payment of my claim. If I travel outside of the **** again, I would not hesitate to use Aion again.

  Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to ***** and ****** due to health issues. The process was seamless and we are happy that all of our money was refunded except for the insurance.

  Purchased the insurance , never dreaming we would use it. After my husband suffered a medical change, (stroke affecting speech and behavior), I spoke with a representative who was very helpful . She guided me through the claim process. After submitting the claim, it was only about 10 days before we were offered a full refund. I think it is essential to purchase this protection , particularly for fragile persons.
