    Horrendous company. My luggage was damaged, flight cancelled on my way home and was told luggage, lodging and food would be compensated due to them cancelling. They make it incredibly difficult to file a claim, and lose your file to avoid paying a claim. This company is nothing but a fraud, if I could rate zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and ask your agent booking your trip if you have any other options for travel insurance because this one is complete TRASH.

    So here is another bad review. Too bad I didnt Read these reviews before buying the insurance note to those of you that are looking for insurance dont buy from this company! After his corresponding back-and-forth with them I have finally realized I am never going to see any money from this company and Im tired of putting stamps on letters Ive mailed back to that

    Ive waited 3 months for a response from this company . My son got sick got sick and could not travel to Europe . They dont respond to emails . Same answe as everyone else . Your claim is being revised all documents in . I am up for a class action lawsuit with this company . Anyone else ????

    I had an accident on board cruise ship in May , a trip to the on board medical cost $380 Filed claim May 18th jumping thru all the hoops now 10/04/2022 just got notice 30 more days due to too high volume of claims ,will never use them again

    It has been almost 4 months since filing a claim. No response other than its taking longer than expected. Poor customer service. You pay up front for the travel insurance and then if you need to file a claim they pocket your money and dont reimburse. BBB where are you?

    Terrible service. Missed our cruise on June 28. We filed our claims on June 29. No response from company other that it was assigned to an agent. Purchased this insurance through ******** ****** *****. They are of no help until *** gets our claim through. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ********!!!

    Just as others have stated, I filed a claim in May ****************************************************************************** compensation for my trip that was canceled due to a medical emergency. This company really is a joke, and the cruise line should be ashamed to be associated with this type of fraudulent behavior.

    Not sure how or why this "insurance" company is still in business. ******** ****** ***** destroyed my luggage in May of 2022, and at first, said they would pay for the damage, then changed their mind and refused. ******** instead told me to file a claim with ***. Unfortunately, as others have stated in reviews, we all get the runaround and lame excuses. *** admits they have what they need to substantiate the claim but refuses to do so. Both *** and ******** need to be put out of business forever!

    Unbelievable. Spoke to a supervisor on 9/22/22. Sent claim forms in in June of 2022 and still awaiting a resolution. Supervisor told me claims department will contact me in 2-3 days. When I asked for the phone number, they said there was no phone number to give me. I have waited for 4 months. This is the worst company to deal with. Do not use them?

    Same as everyone else we have been getting the run around from these scam artists! We filed our claim 3 MONTHS ago after we had to cancel our cruise following an injury. We were able to reschedule the cruise for 2 months later but had to come up with another $11,000 since we hadnt yet received reimbursement from AON. We had faith they would actually do what theyre supposed to do. I have emailed and called multiple times and get the same lies every time about how they are behind due to an increase in claims. I guess maybe legal action against the cruise line will be required since they sold us this horrible product.
