Experience w/UltimateTransport123 could not have been worse. They were to transport/deliver my car from ***********, ** to ********, **. prior to January 15, ****. Through a process of indecisiveness, misinformation and angst, they never had a handle on the situation (I had more access to driver than they did). I had to tell them that car was picked upthey actually assigned another driver after the fact. **************** was clueless and therefore useless, essentially unaware of what was going on. Salesperson never returned my calls. Proposed pickup times/dates were never met. Throughout process, my feeling was that I had unknowingly agreed to a scam, and that there was a very real possibility that I would never see my car again. The ultimate insult was that, after all this inconvenience/disruption, they expected me to pay a $150 fee when I cancelled the expected return shipment to *********** (prior to February 15). Frankly, I felt they owed me a refund for all I had to put up with. I did speak with an attorney friend, and have also discussed situation with two other auto shippers. They have corroborated my common sense understanding that Ultimate has no legal standing regarding a cancellation fee (regardless of any agreement) inasmuch as Ultimate had not yet engaged a carrier/driver for the return trip prior to my cancellation. I expect, at the very least, that UltimateTransport123 return my $150 cancellation fee. *************************Business Response

To Whom it May ********************* we regret that the customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 02/12/2024 and customer canceled on 01/22/2024. Our contract indicates:
If the customer cancels prior to the completion of the 10 business days, the fee charged is not refunded since the first stage to provide the service had begun with the intent to complete.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund to the customer.

Hired ultimate transport to relocate my car from ** to **. Although it happened, upon returning to ******* I received an ez pass bill for65.92. In addition, I found a bag from Popeyes with the receipt dated the time my car was supposed to be on the carrier in my car. I contacted exz pass and they said it wasnt on a carrier and I was responsible. I contacted ultimate and they said it was third party. I had no choice but to pay ez pass as it was my credit. I contacted **** and disputed the charge. It was put back in my card. I have been contacting ultimate since Oct without any restitution. Had 123 transport ship my truck paid premium money too ship my truck they broke my window and won't pay for it . They just give U the run around. We have made several requests to reach this matter but the client is not giving us the opportunity to do so as he won't let anyone talk, just calls, yells, curses and then hangs up without letting anyone speak. I purchased a car on May 13th out of state. I reached out to ultimate transport 123 to transport my car to my home. Ultimate transport 123contracted all Transportation LLC for delivery. Upon arrival of picking up my car there was NO damage. When my car arrived the driver stated my bumper was damaged. I contacted Ultimate transport and was told to take pictures and get an estimate, which I did. I have not received any more responses from them. They will not answer my calls or return any. I feel this is very bad business to not stand behind your work. I paid them to do a service for me and I did not get the service I was promised. I just want my car fixed.Business Response

We wanted to get our vehicle transported from ***** to ************** within a certain time frame to was communicated from the beginning. Our broker was ****** and he promised he could get us a driver within a certain time frame. But he made us sign an agreement first. We were unfortunately stupid enough to sign it because we were under time pressure to get the car hauled. They couldnt find a driver on time but still took $270 for reservation cost. After I called to dispute it the hotline said according to the contract they have the right to do it. We told them from the beginning if they dont find someone by a certain date we would haul it ourselves and cancel the contract. So the best offer they could give us was to refund $170 of the $270. Keep $100 for cancellation fee even though we only cancelled after the deadline we gave them expired.Business Response

I used Ultimate Transport 123 because it said hassle free shipping and Insured. Well, neither of those are accurate in the least. I moved my car across country and the Shipper, Micron Trucking out of ***** damaged the vehicle. You can clearly see the damage in the pickup and delivery. Micron Trucking is refusing to give me their info, they refused to give it to Ultimate Transport 123, they are refusing to answer their insurance companies questions, resulting in them denying the claim. Ultimate Transport and their insurance sees the damage clearly. Ultimate transport offered to give me back ****** If I remove bad reviews. Let me see, I get back 250, It will cost ***** to fix vehicle. I am out **** and they are out 250. How is this a resolution? Again, you guys picked the carrier and it states on YOUR website that it is insured. You mention nothing on the website saying that it is carriers insurance. Oh, and to make matters even better, the carriers insurance said that if he does respond they only cover everything after ***** dollars, his deductible. Had the car picked up 8/2/2023 and delivered to ************ on 8/8/23. The drop off picture on 8/2/2023 shows no damage to rocker panel under front door. The delivered picture shows damage on rocker panel under passenger door. The damage is a crease on rocker panel and paint damage as well. The company says it would get back to me with the drivers insurance within ***** hours, that was last week. So far no call back with information. I called Ultimate transport and they said they weren't able to get his insurance yet but agree that he caused the damage. Their website says that they have insurance, and it's stress free service. To Whom It May ************************* be informed that when filing a damage claim, it is stated in the contract that the carrier's insurance company of the selected driver/carrier will handle insurance coverage. And it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier/insurance company to file a claim.

They see the damage as clear as day. I also told them how this driver disparaged me online and said there was no damage and I was trying to rip them off. Their insurance told me if he doesn't respond to their inquisition then the claim is denied. So, Ultimate transport who claims hassle free delivery just walks away like nothing happened. Totally unacceptable for a delivery service. Would NOT recommend this company at all.

I had contracted Ultimate Transport 123 to ship a motorcycle i purchased from ** to CT on 7/10/23. The original date of shipping was Wed 7/12, and then again Thurs 7/13 when no shipper information was given by the company. I had called several times attempting to obtain the actual shipper name and contact number, but was given the run-around by the employee ******. I had deposited $350 via CC for the service. I had made several attempts at calling the business, and spoke with another employee when ****** did not answer my calls nor texts. Was told i would be contacted by next day. Not only was i not contacted, the phone rang 10+ times, and all SMS text returned as "not delivered". I rented a truck and did the job myself. Several days later, i received a text asking if i was ready to ship. I demanded my entire deposit back, but was told "we tried calling and texting with no reply" which is a complete LIE! I have NO record of ANY communication from them. Was told they would "assist" by only holding on to $50; "read your contract". I hired Ultimate 123 Transport and was told they are not like any other companies and that they have their own drivers and that there is no upfront fee. I was told once they pick up my motorcycle they then will charge my card. Well within minutes of hiring them they charged my card $250. I tried contacting the guy who helped me and no response. I called back again and spoke to someone else and she was going to look into it and nothing. Spoke to a third person and she told me that they charge as soon as they assign a driver. Whats funny in an email they sent me it states no upfront fee. Plus they were to pick bike up on Friday and deliver on Saturday but now they are telling me something different. Plus I was to be sent drivers first and last name and I have only a first name of a contact which I believe is not the driver. This company is the second company I dealt with and its sad how many complaints get away with lying to consumers and get away with it. I contacted this company because they have their own trailers! I spoke with *** and we agreed to have their enclosed trailer pick up my vehicle on a Wednesday, 06/14/2023! Later I received a text message from Ultimate Transportation 123, that a company, **** transportation was scheduled to pick up my car on 06/19/2023! Then I received another text message that Ultimate transportation had posted a charge of $250 on the card I provided! The card would not be charger until the car was picked up! This was per *** and a text message I have available! I called the company to address these issues and explicitly asked for ***! He never returned my call! Thus with the deceptive practices I decided to not use them. I could not trust them at this point! Keep in mind they did not live up to their agreement of using their trailer and pick up date was the 14th of June, not the 19th!
