    I did a trial with **** September 15 2024, and cancelled right away. I had noticed they were still taking money and again cancelled October 5th. I never went into the account and used the subscription at all. It wouldn't work properly. I didn't watch one thing. My husbands credit card has been charged $210.10 over the last 8 months. He didn't realize as he was not home , he was away serving with no access to his account. The amount went from 20.** that was taken from the account the first two months then $28.** the next 6 months. Not once was the subscription used and I definitely didn't sign up for a year as **** is saying. I asked for a refund and explained the situation and that I have screen shots for proof showing no usage and the attempt at cancelling and I was denied a refund and given no empathy or explanation. This is theft and fraud. The charges were $210.10 but I also have interest occurring from the charges which amounts to $38.90 so I'm looking to get $249.00 refunded from DAZN.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by DAZN Group Ltd. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The company **** is not being honest. They are saying that myself and thousands of others agreed to a year long subscription but really it was a free trial with no strings attached. The app wasn't even working so it was useless anyway but even more I did not agree to a year subscription, I never would and I always read everything before. 
    I've read many many complaints about this same issue. They are scamming people. They're taken hundreds of dollars and should have to refund. 
    the "supervisor" is even trying to charge me a fee for canceling which is absurd. 
    I have the message.

    I ordered a fight through **** with the understanding that there was a 7 day trial period before I get charged for their monthly service. I canceled the subscription the next day, well within their trial period and they still charged me $29.99. I have sent many emails regarding this matter and they keep giving me the runaround despite giving them my information. They are ripping people off hoping everyone will let it go.

    Dazn keeps asking for the same information over and over. This is clearly a tactic to frustrate customers. see attached correspondence where I give them the information they requested but do not acknowledge the information.

    I bought a fight and they charged me a subscription with out my permission. It has been charging my card for 4 months.

    I have a subscription to ****. It was a monthly subscription I purchased every year during *** season. I canceled in January or February 2025. I rejoin when football season commences. I realized money is still being taken from my account.When speaking to chat, i told them the issue and they informed me my plan is annual monthly and in order to stop getting charged I owe the *****. I am very frustrated. I feel scammed.

    I am filing this complaint regarding ****'s continued billing of my account despite my cancellation of their service over eight months ****** mid-2024, I accidentally subscribed to DAZNs Monthly Saver plan, which I later realized was a 12-month installment contract. I canceled the subscription shortly after realizing the mistake, under the assumption that cancellation would stop all future charges. However, I have continued to be charged monthly, even though I have not used the service since the cancellation.When I contacted **** customer support, I clearly explained the situation and asked for a refund or cancellation without further billing. They refused, repeatedly citing their terms and conditions, and offered only one solution: pay an $80 cancellation fee to stop the charges early.This is unacceptable. **** is a billion-dollar company profiting off customers who make honest mistakes. There was no effort to resolve the issue amicably or even offer partial consideration.     I subscribed to what I thought was a month to month term with **** to watch boxing matches. They have this thing called "Fan Zone" where you can chat and muted me after I rebutted the comments insulting the fighters saying simply "these men are putting their lives on the line show respect" and my opinion that "women should not box" I then logged out after this erroneous muting and did not watch the match and asked for a refund. They now day that I have to pay every month for a year!! and will not cancel and refund my account of the ***** I gave to them for services I did not use (watching boxing and chatting)

    I was an occasional **** viewer and would purchase a month viewing every now and again. I made the mistake of giving them my credit card number one month and they started taking out money every single month. I have tried over and over again to stop them from charging my card, but they say that, "Since your subscription is under the Annual Monthly Saver installment plan, you will continue to be billed for the duration of your 12-month contract. Your subscription will expire on 07-09-2025." I believe they are either blatantly lying or used an illegal trick when I purchased my first month with my credit card. They have refused to show me the contract that I supposedly agreed to. I want **** to refund my credit card $27.99 x 8 months = $223.92. These shady business practices need to be reported.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against **** for their refusal to honor my request to cancel my account and delete my personal information.I initially signed up for **** with the intention of watching a single event. I paid the advertised fee and assumed it was a one-time transaction. Upon realizing I was being charged for an ongoing subscription, I immediately contacted ***** customer service to cancel my subscription and request that my personal data be removed from their *********** my frustration, I was informed that I am now obligated to pay for a full 12-month subscription and that they will not process a cancellation unless I update my billing information and pay the remaining balance. This is unacceptable. I should not be forced to continue paying for a service I no longer wish to use.Furthermore, their refusal to delete my personal data violates basic consumer rights, particularly in regard to data privacy and control over ones information.I respectfully request that **** cancel my subscription immediately, cease all further billing attempts, and permanently delete all of my personal data from their systems. I would appreciate the BBBs assistance in holding **** accountable for these concerning business practices.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    Was charged monthly subscription. Tried canceling several times. When I try to cancel on web site with login. Always saying they are having Technical difficulty.
