    I ordered service to their app in 02/03/2025 for monthly service. I canceled the same day, because the app bufferedbis all. I check my account today 03/03/2025, and they charged my account. I talked to **** and they daid im on the annual plan which is a lie, as you can log into my account and see monthly subscription. They are "Refusing" to cancel my account. i am also going to the ***, and *********************************. they are scamming people.

    This company has a serious history of charging customers after they have canceled their services. I canceled and they still charged me after that. Several customers online are complaining as well.

    Dear Better Business Bureau, BBB:**** is a dishonest streaming service that is falsely stating I had a yearly subscription, when that is untrue. The yearly subscription is $224.99 year or $19.99/month. They are using that lie to justify fraudulently lurking on my bank card and placing unauthorized amount of $3.87, as I signed up for monthly subscription of $29.99 ONLY, and timely cancelled to ensure no further billing. SUMMARY SUMMARY **** monthly subscription ordered on February 1, 2025-Saturday, specifically to watch ******** ******* versus ******** ******* fight scheduled on February 2, 2025-Sunday. That **** subscription is MONTHLY, AT RATE OF $29.99/MONTHLY, and that **** subscription TIMELY cancelled on February 4, 2025-Tuesday AND COMMUNICATED WITH DAZN, THAT ONLY PAYING FOR 30-DAY SUBSUBSCRIPTION AT $29.99. AGAIN AND STILL, ****************** card debited $29.99 for the 30-day DAZN account, and that **** account timely cancelled on February 4, 2025-Tuesday (with confirmation of cancellation). The amount of $3.87 on March 2, 2025-Sunday from DAZN ISN'T AUTHORIZED, AND REQUIRES REFUNDING. On March 2, 2025-Sunday, I contacted **** who refuse to issue the refund, knowing that charge constitutes FRAUD AND THEFT. Most disurbing, **** keeps alleging, I have an annual subscritpion, when that is completely untrue, and I have receipts to prove that fact. AGAIN AND STILL, POLITELY REQUESTING **** TO REFUND $3.87, and I don't agree to any prorated subscription, nor extension of subscription 3/2-6/2025, as monthly subscription timely cancelled.I ATTEST, AFFIRM, AND CERTIFY THE INFORMATION IS VERY ACCURATE AND VERY *************,?????? ?????????????? ???????????????? ????PHONE(S): ************ EMAIL(S): ***************************

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by DAZN Group Ltd. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    DAZN [pronounced DA ZONE] has sent multiple harassing emails trying to justify their fraud and theft in the amount of $3.87.  

    The bank card utilized to watch the February 2, 2025-Sunday [******** ***** ******* versus ******** *******] fight cancelled, **** monthly subscription timely cancelled,  and CEASE AND DESIST LETTER ISSUED TO ****.  In addition, had to diligently seek bank intervention to prevent any further acts of flagrant theft and vexing invasion of privacy by DAZN.

    Makes no sense, that ********** and DAZN are allowing such preventable banking compromising in the pursuit of fake capitalism, actually unjust greed.  The abuse will stop, and reparations will manifest

    I signed up on this app for the ******** ******* fight. I tried using the app and found that it wasnt user friendly or intended for the purpose of purchase I reached out to the help icon the following day to cancel and was advised they would cancel account. I was told I would be refunded but when I didnt get a refund I didnt care but I just checked out my statement and see Im being charged again. I reach out again and told the same thingy account has been cancelled then they proceed to send 4 different conflicting messages and then bribes me if I pay 20 he will cancel my account

    On February 22nd I started a free trial of **** and paid the *** for a fight card. Later that night I thought I canceled the subscription. Then on March 2nd I was charged for the subscription, so I proceeded to cancel it again. After reading further, they are saying they will charge me again on April 4th.

    I purchased a boxing fight on 9/15/2024 and their streaming situation was very misleading. I asked for a full refund due to me thinking(they advertised it)I can stream in 2 devices. I did the chat box and asked for a refund and cancellation of my account and they didnt approve my refund which I was okay with. Still I expected for my account to be cancelled. It wasnt cancel and they are refusing to refund me me my money back as I dont use their services and its so difficult to cancel their services. I will attach all documents.

    I am filing a complaint against **** regarding unauthorized billing and refusal to refund charges.I originally signed up for a **** subscription on October 14, 2023, and canceled my subscription in November 2024, after completing one year of service. At that point, my monthly subscription ended, and I had no active services with *****However, in February 2025, **** reactivated my subscription without my consent and began charging me $26.24 per month. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I was now locked into a 12-month contract until December 2025, despite never having reactivated my subscription or agreeing to new terms.**** has refused to refund the February ********************************************************** until December 2025 without my authorization. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice, as I did not agree to a contract renewal or reactivation of my subscription.I request that DAZN:Immediately cancel the unauthorized subscription.Refund the February 2025 payment of C Cease all further charges to my account.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by DAZN Group Ltd. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:they advised that if i pay a $50 fee for the March payment they will cancel further withdrawals and will close the account. i agreed to this because i want this to end,  but I let them know that i still didnt find their policy explaining why they restarted payments without my permission in Feb 2025. They did not confirm receipt of my email and have not made the March withdrawal yet so i am not sure if they will take the $50 as the final payment. Their email advised they would not provide a refund.

    I purchased a pay per view event months and months ago from DAZN (the event was Ngannou vs ****** boxing card). I have been unknowingly charged $30 a month ever since, which just for arguments sake is an exorbitant price for the services offered and makes no attempt to even advertise these supposed services so that customers can access them. On top of this, their platform made it very difficult to cancel the subscription and had numerous steps with insidious displays that were dominated by buttons to keep subscription while intentionally hiding the option to cancel. I am not seeking compensation but this was clearly not a fair trade and it was perpetuated by intentional dishonesty by the platform design. Please look into this

    Misleading and predatory practices. I signed up for a promo for a monthly subscription. Original price is *****/month, and ***** for the first month. Decided to cancel and the site shows I will be charged for a full year. I reached out via chat and was told I was in a yearly contract. Nothing on the site during sign up mentioned a yearly contract. ***** was offered as a monthly plan. The *** then told me I would be charged $10 for a cancellation fee. This is price gauging and predatory. I am demanding cancellation immediately and no additional charges to my account!

    ***** website provides intentionally misleading language to lure customers in by stating you can sign up for a monthly contract with 30 days notice for cancellation. Then upon trying to cancel you are informed that this is an annual contract. There is no customer service and they intentionally obfuscate information to ****** you into annual contracts. Theres even a lawsuit in ********** right now.
