    08/07/2023 - I was subscribed to *** game pass through a *** last year and paid to watch *** games through a subscription. *** game pass rights were then handed over to DAZN and my account was migrated to DAZN without my consent. DAZN blocks anyone from accessing their site through a *** even though it is completely legal and allowed to protect my privacy. I am unable to access the site with or without the ***.If I am on a *** I receive an error message stating DAZN is not available in my country If i remove the *** I receive this error message:Your DAZN account is not available in your current location You can only access DAZN in the country where you created your account.Error code: ********** DAZN charged me $183.10 for a subscription that I cannot cancel, cannot use, and cannot adjust. Their phone number listed on their FAQ/HELP page is out of service ***************).I have contacted their customer service multiple times. I have several chat logs showing they would remove my subscription and close my account but have yet to receive any confirmation or refund.They continue to tell me to wait for updates but refuse to let me speak with anyone or give me a timeline for resolution. From what I have seen they will continue to push off the resolution and continue charging the customer with no way to cancel. This company is a SCAM and the fact that *** game pass authorized my account to be migrated without any option to cancel or delete the account through their website is a disgrace.

    I signed up for a flexible pass with Dazn a few weeks ago. I used the service for one day, to watch one event, and then requested to cancel before my monthly pass was up. At the time I signed up, I was told I could "cancel at anytime" and I sent them screenshots of the advertisement. There was no mention of any kind of probationary period. When I requested to cancel, I was told I had to provide 30 days notice, and there would be an extra month's charge. Despite sending screenshots of what I saw when I signed up, they refused to make the cancellation effective immediately. I told them their business practices were false advertising and they told me, "This is our policy. We hope you'll consider us again in the future." I can assure everyone, I will not. I have contacted my bank and blocked any future payments. It's one thing if a 30 days notice is their policy, but it's another to hide it from their advertisements and suggest you can, "cancel at anytime."

    I purchases a PPV for a fight hosted by DAZN. I was not able to view the purchased fight. I reached out immediately to ***************** but no one responded. I used the chat feature and no one responded. Starting on 4/24/23. There after I repeatedly emailed customer service. I am attaching the correspondance where DAZN has stated they needed time to investigate the issue. They have not replied to my request for a refund. I am seeking your help.

    I was auto renewed for online *** game service I cannot use because I live in ******* and the service is blocked in ******* and *****. This occured on August 8,2023 I tried to log on to their website, ********, to cancel the service before this date but access to the website is blocked in *******.I emailed ************* and got no response.I asked my credit card company, ************ to refund the charge. They did on August 9th, 2023. On August 15,2023, they charged me again and said I did not follow the cancellation policy of ********. I informed them I can't log on to the website and can't cancel because they block my access. I also informed them they number provided by *********** for DAZN is always busy. I can't reach anyone on the phone.I want my money back. I can't use the service because I am in *******. I can't log on to the website to cancel either because they are blocking access from *******.Attached are documents related to my problem.

    *** Game Pass moved to DAZN for this upcoming football season. *** Game Pass International subscribers were not given any option, but a notice that our subscription would be moved to DAZN. I did not think this was any issue at first. On Aug 4th I received a charge of $329.99 to my bank account directly from DAZN. This is more than I paid last season, despite having an email confirming that subscription rates would be the same as previous seasons. I did not think much of this at the time, so did not further investigate.Then on 24th Aug I was charged $299.99 via Apple for my *** Game Pass subscription. I contacted both Apple and DAZN about this double charge issue and all DAZN would tell me is that they only see one charge, but would not provide proof of that payment or confirm that it was charged at the correct rate. I requested a refund, but other than the chat with customer service I have no confirmation that the refund will be processed or if I will receive any money back.I do not want to do business with a company that cannot provide proof of payments or confirm a refund when requested. I hope that no other customers are subject to this double payment as it could incurr overdraft fees and cause other issues for them. I was lucky that I had enough funds in my account for both these charges to come out, but I am seeking a refund on both as I no longer trust the service and do not want to pay for it. I cannot find any way of contacting *** Game Pass to complain about these issues as every website re-directs to DAZN. Apparently *** has signed a 10 year deal with DAZN, so I don't know if it's possible to get service directly from *** without going through DAZN.

    The pay per view Boxing match ***** vs ****** was purchased originally but their app was down and we were unable to watch the fight. We canceled the subscription and requested the refund and cancellation immediately next business day. They have been charging ever since and we continue to request cancellation and yet every month continue to charge us. They do not have a customer service phone number just a chat and not helpful at all.

    I had an automated transaction go through with DAZN, paying for an annual subscription to DAZN's *** Game Pass I was unaware of. I have tried to cancel this subscription multiple times with no success and DAZN has not responded to my attempts to cancel this subscription.

    DAZN took money from my account without authorization. I had a free trial in late 2022 or early 2023. I canceled well in advance of the deadline. 6 - 8 months later there's a charge **** danish kroner on my bank account. I contacted DAZN via chat and was promised a refund within 7 days which I have in writing. I have received nothing and when i contact them now, they simply say that my case has "been escalated" and nothing else can be done.

    I have had *************************** for the last 4 years. They have now switched to DAZN to provide their games. I have no way to cancel my subscription. There is no option on their website and no phone number available to call and contact someone to cancel my subscription. Even if I was to keep it, it does not work in my country now, ******. The main issue is that there is no option anywhere to cancel this subscription and now I do not have access to the product even if I was to keep it. I would like this membership cancelled and cancelled before the next billing which would occur this month.

    I was on a month to month subscription with DAZN. I cancelled my account on June 6, 2023. DAZN billed me for July. When I contacted them, their response was that there was 30 day billing notice once cancelled. Then they billed me again in August. This time they stated that I was on a yearly contract, with a month to month payment schedule, and that the year contract had to be paid in full. That is a lie, I never asked for a year contract and if so ... then why is the year contract STARTING the day I cancelled the account? The year contract ends on 6/6/2024! DAZN is using this scam technique to steal money from subscribers who wish to discontinue. Someone needs to check into this.
