      Im an independent contractor for a business who uses melio payment for paying invoices. I submitted 2 on 11/24 for **** and ****. They were processed on Monday by the payer but Melio did not provide any info other than the ach would pay 12/1 by 8 pm which caused several issues. There customer service team was not helpful and Im still unpaid

      Ok I received an email like normal Nov 20th with a received payment for $639 usually later that day or the following day Ill get a follow up email asking if I want to receive money early with a fee I received that email twice asking if I wanted my money early I put my bank card and other information within 30 min Im supposed to have a deposit no deposit comes I send an email that day next day I reenter my information to receive funds early again no deposit I send another email Im patient I wait til the delivery date which is Nov 24th by 8pm day comes 802pm no funds Monday morning Nov 27th 9am I contact them after the 2nd person I was told it was under review and that by Nov 28th it will be released Nov 28th comes I talked to 3 different people through chat because of course they are a no phone company by the 3rd person ****** said that he will personally monitor the situation and personally email me but it has been escalated ok cool 4pm no email 6pm Im back on chat no response from no one not even the robot I just want my money I work for

      Payment from our bank account (Kancor Business Solutions was deducted from our bank account .Payment to the vendor using their Billpay Melio Quickbooks Desktop system failed. I have tried on several occassions to resolve this asking them to return the funds.

      We have used Melio payment for over a year with no issues. I fear that they are in financial distress and using customer money in a PONZI type system currently. I paid (2) vendors 2 weeks and 1 week ago with Melio same day payment delivery. After taking the money from my account in both instances I got a notice of a delayed ETA for 3 days. May as well be 4 days because my vendors finally got their money afterhours on the 3 day. I was told that this was random when using a bank account to pay and that if I used a credit or debit card this would not happen. So yesterday morning at 7am est. I used Melio to same day instant ACH to send an employee a reimbursement for travel expenses. I used my company credit card to do so. Here we are 7am EST the next day and the payment still says "IN TRANSIT"I have been patient and documenting everything, I have noticed the complaints on BBB rising on this company lately. It is time for state AG's to start looking into this company.

      Our company has used Melio bill payment services for approximately two years. We use the service to pay our vendors through our accounting system, QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus.Without warning or explanation, they discontinued our service effective the last part of October 2023. We have contacted the customer service department and compliance department several times. Our inquiries remain unanswered and the service remains deactivated.

      We use Melio to pay our vendors. This payment money was taken from our account on July 24 failed on Sept 9, 2023. Melio took the money out of our bank account and never refunded it. The only option Melio gives is to request a refund is either via chat or email. I've attempted both methods and get no response. They no longer offer an option to send our chats to email either. Melio has had our money for over 2.5 months and there is no way for us to get it back through regular means as they are completely unresponsive.

      Can not process payments to my vendor. Melio has cancelled my ability to do so on their end but will not allow me to sign up for another bill pay service. No customer service is available. They are not responding to emails.

      On Oct 1, 2023, I used Melio to charge my business credit card (for a fee) to send a payment due to ***** ***** Auto. On Oct 2, 2023, I got the email below from Melio saying the transaction was canceled and that NO FUNDS were taken from the account. Because of this I made a separate payment to ***** ***** Auto. Even though I received this email saying the transaction was canceled, I checked our BofA business card and on Oct 3, 2023, Melio had charged $722.83 for the ***** ***** payment plus $20.96 for their processing fee. I have emailed them repeatedly since Oct 3, 2023. I took me 4 emails before they responded and their team keeps claiming they are researching the issue and will not refund the money. This has gone on for over a week. Today I received a template email stating the same thing as the previous email but still no refund. At this point, I am so frustrated.       Melio is a third part company that makes Mortgage and Car payments by allowing you to use your credit card. Date of transactions Sep 30 and Oct 1. My payment of ******* was rejected by ***** Fargo due to payment limit restrictions. I was told by Melio to resubmit the pay of ******* again. The payment was rejected a second time. However, Melio deducted the ******* twice from my **************** card. There is no one to contact other than Bot articles they want you to read to solve your own problem. Can't find a phone number to speak with a live person. In the mean time I have a ******* bill on my AMEX that's due. I have enclosed both denied transactions and my AMEX deductions.
