      I experienced exactly the same thing as the person who reviewed before me. I have a huge amount of credit available to me on my ************* card and my yukes orders show as processed on that card. I contacted ***** they said no problem accepting the charges and everything had gone through. However, **** keeps canceling my orders even after I sent a half a dozen emails and even called their ** headquarters and spoke with someone in ******. I did this after my final phone call to their customer service ended ** in ******* and the girl told me she was working out of her house and didn't understand at all what I was talking about.When I order from Saks or Bergdorf this never happens. Just in case anybody at this company really cares, you can find one such recent order # ****Y5A1F2338D.

      I purchased a watch from them. It stopped functioning within a couple months, though it wasn't involved in anything that would have led to damage. They claimed they owe nothing because the watch was used. I told them a watch that they charge >$5000 should not stop functioning within a couple months. They've been giving me the runaround for months. I would advise you not do business with this company.

      Dont trust YOOX. They have the worst customer service ever. My item worth $500 was lost and YOOX doesnt care. Originally they told me they investigation will take 10 business days, but its been a month and they still keep telling me that investigation is in process. They simply charged me and dont wanna given the new item or refund me. Dont trust this company!!!

      1) nasty customer representatives, totally disrespect you thinking their doing U the client a favor & many times call you a liar. This ppl has NO social skills and very poor English ethics, not sure where they source their ppl. Reason why they are so nasty towards clients.2) quality control very poor, sometimes I have received clothes already tailored, missing parts, shoes with different sizes in the box.3) They would refund with YooxMoney, regardless u requested to be refunded back to ur original method payment. And will make u feel hopeless.4) Express delivery is a hoax, stick to Free Shipping and order ahead of time. 5) Clothes details/description is 40% accurate. 6) dont be surprised if you dont get an item cuz their inventory system is never updated on time.7) customer reps working from home with kids running around crying, Screaming and talking to whomever lives there not paying attention to the client. 8) Customers Rep will call u another name or even think ur a girl when ur a guy.9) customer rep really dont give a c*** about Yoox cuz their prob so under paid and prob sourcing reps in places that have no education to deal with clients who really supports this biz. 10) I bought an item and was sent wrong size 2 times in a row. 11) I will not be able to stop writing more complaints cuz u already fill in the Blanks ..

      This is a horrible company. I placed an order for a jacket priced over $1k dollars and the first two orders were cancelled without any explanation. The third time I placed the order I received an email that my order needed to be reviewed for payment verification. I called my credit card company (********) and they said they have never heard of this before. I received the transaction code from ******** and was informed that all three transactions were approved on their end. I have sent four emails to YOOX asking what the issue was and why my order was on hold and cannot get a reply. I also called customer service four times and no one is able to provide a reason for the issue. The fourth representative told me it was potentially because I don’t have enough money in my account!! Absurd. All four representatives tell me that I will have to wait for their back office to process. I ordered the item for an event and need it to be shipped out immediately. This is the worst customer service experience with a company I have ever had. How can a company charge you over $1k for an item and then treat a customer this way?
      DO NOT order unless you are prepared to wait a very long time for your item and are willing to deal with horrific customer service. I will not be purchasing from YOOX again and support a corrupt company.

      Ordered something from net a Porter- expensive pair of joggers. The ******************* pants are considered unisex - so I went on their other site and they charged significantly less on the mens site. When I asked for them to refund or make an adjustment they refused. They are targeting the female consumer - targeting a specific consumer group and charging them additional cost based on gender . The consumer should be informed properly and this did not happen. They gave me a reason that was incorrect and false to why the cost was so different

      I have been a Yoox customer for 8 plus years.
      I cannot believe what this company has put me through, It's been weeks now trying to get my money back.
      I ordered 2 pairs of boots, one pair came in beat up, damaged, scuffed, even the box was beat up. There is obviously no quality control.The other pair was badly missized. Supposed to be an 11, missized more like a 8.5/9. They were shipped back and received by the company.
      There were multiple emails and calls to get a refund, which was promised. I was given a credit instead in *********, which I never approved or accepted. I told them I want it refunded the way I paid, via ******. I was told by one customer service rep that it was sitting in ********* while it was being transferred to ******, which was a total lie. More back and forth for days, and soo complicated to get my money back. I keep getting the same emails with the same stupid questions. They should have all my info, I've done returns before with no issues. I've given them all the info they need to refund the money. Now I get an email saying I will be contacted, just after they promised the refund and its back to square one. This is really horrible, Ive wasted many hours of my valuable time while running my business. I have no choice now but to file complaints with all the business bureaus unless I get my $250.42 returned tomorrow Wed to my account via ******, I give this company 0 stars even though Im forced to leave one, and will NEVER order again, I have hundreds of clients that will be informed of your shady practices as well and warned to not do business with YOOX. I have never in my 71 years, ever experienced this. Yes you are taking advantage of a senior to boot and there are laws against that as well. No more emails, please return my money.

      I purchased two pairs of shoes on October 8, when **** was offering an extra discount. On October 11, I received an email that the order had shipped, with a *** tracking number. I kept checking the tracking on UPS, but there were no updates -- it seems that *** never received the package. On October 18 I received an email that **** had accepted my return and was refunding my purchase price, less a return shipping fee.
      I called **** to find out what was going on and was told that their courier was experiencing "technical difficulties" causing the return of the package to the warehouse. After much haggling they agreed to refund the return shipping fee. When I asked if they could resend the package to me, I was told a flat "NO." My only option was to reorder from the website. However, the extra discount has disappeared from the website, and one of the shoes that I ordered was the last pair in my size, so is not available online (but presumably is now back in the warehouse.) I asked Customer Service if they could manually place a new order for the same shoes and again was told "NO".
      HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER CARE.
