      Yoox customer service is horrible. You can't reach a supervisor or manager. When you buy from them, they charge shipping and tax. When you return the item, they only refund you back for the price of the item- but they keep your tax and shipping. How can you charge me and keep my tax money on an item that I sent back? That's horrible!!!

      I have loved the merchandise but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Bought 14 items on Thursday and Friday and half of them were marked down on Saturday. They refused to give me a price adjustment. **** was great once but no longer.

      This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size. I sent them back and they confirmed that the shoes were received. I was told that the right size was mailed out. I never received them. It went to the wrong address. I have been waiting a month and no shoes, refund or resolution. Do not purchase anything from this company!!! As you can see from the other shoppers reviews, this has happened multiple times. I am still fighting for my refund!!!

      I was sent the wrong item. I sent the item back but I didnt receive a refund. I was told that there would be an investigation for 10 days. They emailed me to inform me that they hadnt received the item, so I wasnt getting my money back. Ill never purchase anything else from this company. Theyre thieves.

      Stay away from this company - despite being a luxury retailer they do not stand by their merchandise. Their customer service approach seems to be to drag the process out as long as possible by saying things need to be reviewed, you will be responded to via email, managers are not available to be transferred to, etc. so that you get frustrated and give up. I never try to return things I have worn but this situation was extreme. I purchased a Hunza G swimsuit (first and last time I will do that) which became discolored and streaky after wearing it for 2 hours. They told me that is considered "normal wear and tear." Excuse me? So now I have a $230 swimsuit that I can't wear anymore and have wasted hours on the phone with Net-A-Porter. Net-A-Porter refused to make this right which has lost them thousands of dollars of future business from me and my family/friends. I will stick with ********* who actually stands by their products and respects their customers!

      Hi. YOOX customer service is terrible and helpless. I have been a customer of YOOX for over 20 years and have had terrible customer service with multiple issues. I have called the 855 customer service number asking to speak to a manger to having been told that they dont exist at YOOX and at that point have just given up on the issue until the next one came up. All of these issue have come up pretty before. Most recently I tried placing an order on Monday evening march 6, yoox had just launched a 35% off on some of their merchandise and my order was a part of that offer. The orders did not go through generating multiple errors and placing pending transactions on my credit card. I called my bank. It was too late to contact yoox that day as customer service was already closed. I reached out the next day and spoke to a representative who informed me that I was not the only customer having those issues and that their technicians are working on it. He advised me not to place an order just yet and wait a bit as this error may come up again. I asked him about honoring the 35% off that was offered on the day that I tried to place the order and he told me that as soon as I place the new order to call back and they will adjust the price. Meanwhile, my bank still shows a pending transaction from yoox. I called yoox this morning to see if I can get the price adjustment to the new orders that I have placed this time successfully. I did explain the situation and the representative said that **** was not having any issues and that they were not going to adjust any prices. I asked again to speak to a manger and was told that there are none. This is awful customer service.

      During a recent attempt to place an order on the **** website, I realized that the tax figure computed by the website was completely incorrect. I did not place the order, and instead put in a phone call to ***************** The agent was rude, arrogant, and indicated by his response that he had no idea of what I was trying to communicate.I subsequently wrote a letter to **************** as well as to no less than four members of their corporate staff, hoping to elicit some response or explanation regarding the tax discrepancy on their website. Not a peep from anybody. Nada.Out of curiosity, I tried again later in the week to place an order with the same unfortunate result. Is this an algorithm gone rogue, I wondered, or is **** actually pulling off some kind of scam? The evidence is now pointing to pure fraud, pure scam. Subsequent to my first attempt, I submitted the same order to **** with a different address in a different state. And wouldn't you know? Again there was a ************ discrepancy. I tried several more states with the same result.I have conducted this test a dozen times over the last three weeks. Without fail, the **** website attempts to overcharge sales tax, sometimes as much as 2% over the prevailing rate.I have saved screenshots of the bogus charges on the **** website, as well as data from ******** on what the appropriate sales tax should have been.For what it's worth, I have filed a complaint with the ** ************************* as well as the ** State Attorney General.

      This is about Yoox.com. The quality of services has been declining since 2021 rapidly. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional, they really never help you, and they never resolve any issues. People in the warehouse do not know what they are doing. I could never talk to the manager or somebody in charge to get help. complains:1)the warehouse doesn't dispatch the order at all, what is the reason for this, who knows, just simply forget. The most upsetting thing is when you call customer services they say it is you who refused the package! They lie straight in your face to cover up their poor-quality job!2) the warehouse cancels the order without explanation (no email was ever sent to explain a reason!);3)The website provides inaccurate information that makes shopping online confusing, taking into account you pay restocking fees for each return;4) Getting a refund takes a very long time sometimes.
