      Returned a Bottega Veneta bag worth $3000 and a sweater worth $350 on September 22nd and haven't received a return for the bag yet although their policy states that they process returns in 2-3 business days upon returning. Had to call them multiple times to inquire and they keep saying they will look into it and nothing gets done. Now they're saying that they may file a formal investigation internally to find the bag because they can't find it, although I shipped the bag and the sweater in the same box via the slip they sent me to **** I keep asking them to send me email confirming what we discussed over the phone but they've only done that once (I've called probably twice a week for the past three weeks). I recommend shopping with the brand directly, not through Net a Porter based on this experience

      I finally got my refund 10/26. Still think it was a very messy process, where had I not followed up multiple times via calls and emails, I may not have gotten a refund
