      My husband ordered an item on 6/9/2024 and as of 10/4/2024 it has not been shipped. They will email him saying it will be shipped and nothing ever happens. It is very frustrating that they will not respond to follow up emails and that there is NO contact phone number on the internet. Ship my item or refund my money

      On Friday, April 12th, I ordered the Scooby-Doo Gang Plushes from Kidrobot. I found them through a ****** search as I am someone who really loves the Scooby-Doo franchise. I noticed at the bottom before I purchased the items that it was a pre-order. It said the estimated shipping time was Q3 of 2024. I went ahead and paid $90.05. On June 30th, I reached out to them about the estimated shipment time. They said they should be shipping the items between July and September. I asked the same question again on July 31st. They kept their answer the same, but did not respond to me until almost mid-August. In September, I emailed again and they told me that I should receive an email confirming the shipment by the ending of the month when the items get to the warehouse.However, I checked the website and this company is now trying to change the shipping date to Q3 of 2025 instead of Q3 of this year. First of all, Q3 is over. I work for a company that goes by the quarters and I know we are now in Q4. I keep emailing them to request a refund and they will not respond to my emails because "all sales are final". I tried to dispute the charge with Cash App and they will not give me my money back. I am not waiting until this time next year for stuffed animals. When I placed the pre-order, I expected to receive it this year. Not next year. If I would have known that when I made my purchase, I would not have paid that amount for those items. I want a refund.

      I ordered 2 items from Kidrobot on 7/9/24 that are not in pre order status. I received a confirmation order and nothing else. I sent an email on 7/29 asking when my order would ship. I got a message back 7/30 saying there was a delay due to a warehouse issue. I sent follow *** on 8/5,8/7,8/14 and just now this morning and have heard absolutely nothing from this joke of a company. I either want my money back or they actually give me what I paid for.

      I placed order# ******-KR for $82.33 for three items on June 29th. None of the items were pre-order. All items were in stock. I received order confirmation email but nothing after that. I emailed on 7/20 and received a response on 7/22 stating that it would ship out in a few days. In my account it states that order is on its way on 7/26. The *** tracking number listed is *****************. *** cannot locate any information when given this number and directed me to check with the sender. I emailed several times but did not hear back from customer service until 8/13 when I left a 1 star review. Customers service is not being honest, has given me fake tracking number, and sounds like a bot. I have requested a refun for $82.33 and have not heard back from customer service.

      I placed and order for a pre order item last year. I finally received an item from the company a few weeks ago, it was the wrong item. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email as they stated to do other website if you receive an incorrect item. I have never received a response. *** attempted to contact them for over a week now. I either want my correct item, or my money back at this point.

      Purchased a pre-order product in November of 2023. Kidrobot claimed that orders were being processed into their inventory on in June and we still haven't received confirmation on a shipping date and no return correspondence on deliviery.

      On March 27, 2024, I placed an order with KidRobot (Order #*********) for Hello Kitty ***** Monsters 3" Collectible Vinyl Figures. My credit card was charged $23.92 on the date the order was placed. I received a confirmation email detailing the purchase, which I have attached to this message.On April 8, ten days after ordering, I had not received any information about shipping. I reached out to KidRobot to inquire about the order status, and received an email informing me that, "Our warehouse is working hard to have you order shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your items leave the warehouse so make sure you whitelist emails from *************!" There was no effort to look into the issue or proactively devise a resolution. On April 13, 2024, 15 days after ordering and being charged, I reached out to KidRobot again to inquire about the status of my order. I never received a response. I have attached the message to this form. As of today, May 1, 2024, over a month after ordering and being charged, I still have not received the item that I ordered. My emails continue to go unanswered. As of today

      I purchased a DHMIS plush for my boyfriend on 12/07/2023. I didnt get anything besides the money taken out of my account. Of course theres a no refund policy. I just want what I paid for MONTHS AGO or my money back. Ridiculous and unprofessional
