I ordered a stuffed toy and when I received the product it was the wrong item. I contacted support and they said they would try and get a replacement sent to me. However, after about a week of not hearing back I emailed them again. They said they are would see about the replacement. Then I never heard back from them.Customer Answer

I ordered a product from Kidrobot. The item arrived with two defects. I e-mailed Kidrobot photos of the two defects and they responded by claiming the defects were dirt and could be cleaned off. I made it clear in my initial e-mail that the defects would not come off. They also seem to have confused the product I ordered with another one of their products. They stated the product I ordered and received was 3. The product I ordered and received was 8. The 3 product is currently a pre-order item and has not been shipped.Customer Answer

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Kidrobot regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Ive had to initiate contact with Kidrobot and follow-up when they fail to respond. Their communication is awful. I disputed the charge with my credit card company on/around 03.26.25. I shipped the item back and confirmed it was received by them on 04.07.25. They still have not responded to the chargeback, which is tying the funds up.
Kidrobot is in desperate need of a customer service team.

They sent me the wrong item and left another item off my order - it was a set of 3 dolls, and they sent a duplicate of one of the dolls and did not send the 3rd (so, I got 3 dolls, but an incorrect set). They stated they would send me the correct item, but never attempted to resolve the situation until I disputed the charge on my credit card. They then just kept asking me to close the dispute, while they hadn't done anything to resolve the situation (i.e., send me the correct item, accept the order back for a refund, etc.). Finally they sent the correct item, but they sent it to the wrong address. All this and I still don't have my daughter's Christmas present, over a month later. I am going to have to pay postage to now ship the item from **** to **************, since they sent it to the wrong address despite NUMEROUS instructions on my part to send it to an updated address. (The original shipping address was for a Christmas present.) So, I am seeking a refund for the shipping I will have to pay from ****, either from KidRobot directly or through another dispute with my credit card company. Non-responsive customer service. They responded a few times but did not offer resolution. They sent me a broken figure and refused to send me another one or provide a refund. In the previously provided email, I have specifically asked for a refund confirmation email or a confirmation of a replacement item.
I promise we do something, is not an acceptable response. No action has been taken and this does not resolve my issue.
Please send a refund confirmation or a confirmation of a replacement order to my email. A note from a customer service representative is not a resolution. There needs to be an internal order number provided or god anything at this point. This is ludicrous.

I placed 2 orders for pre-orders a few months back. 2 weeks ago they sent an email saying the items had been shipped. When I received my package I only had 3 of the 8 items I had ordered. I have emailed them for the past 2 weeks and not a single email was responded to. I just want the items I ordered. 2OCT24 I place order #******-KR to have it hopefully arrive by 31OCT24. I emailed customer service ******* and have not received an email back. I also called the number in the contact us link on the website and after about ***** rings the operator said my number could not be completed as dialed. I tried to cancel a pre order Id made online with Kidrobot. I couldnt find a way to cancel so I opened a claim with my bank. Tge claim did not resolve the issue but I did reach out to Kidrobot to ask for a cancellation and refund. They responded they could only do that after the chargeback from my back was cancelled. I ordered on June 26 2024 for the total of ***** was told it would ship after the convention. It's now October 7 2024 almost 3 months since the convention ended. No emails. No updates. No replies to numerous emails. No shipment. This is by far the worst experience buying online ever.
