      I overnighted (with shipping provided by the company) my 2 carat diamond bridal set that's appraised at $33k for auction on the Worthy.com website. They received my ring on 12/13/22 and it went up for on auction 12/26/22 which was unsuccessful as the highest bid was for about $4100. I emailed them on 12/26/22 stating the I wanted my jewelry returned and after getting no response I called them on 12/27/22 stating that I wanted my jewelry returned. They sent an email for me to confirm my return address on 12/27/22 which I promptly confirm within minutes of receiving. They also stated that processing my return would take **** business days. On the 11th business 1/11/23, I called the company to inquire about when my diamond ring would be returned and got a lot of I don't knows, we can't provide you with a date, we can only contact the shipping department by email and we'll put you on the high priority shipping list. Later that day I received an email from ***** from the Worthy support team stating "Our shipping department has informed us there will be a slight delay in the processing and shipment time for the return of your item(s). Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to make sure all items are returned as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for this unanticipated delay and the return exceeding the original timeframe we advised you. We will send you an email with a ***** tracking number once your jewelry has been shipped out." I called the company again on 1/12/23 to see if I could be provided a time frame or ship date only to be told we'll have a manager contact you. I simply want the date my diamond ring will be shipped and I want it returned with all original diamonds including the 2 carat diamond they unmounted for auction and in the condition it was sent or payment for my ring at its purchase price in which receipts can be provided. Thank you.

      I sold a Diamond engagement ring via the Worthy auction services. I have received most of the money owed to me, but have not received the final payment in the amount of $252 as promised. This payment was owed to me by December 14, 2022. I have tried to contact Worthy via telephone and email numerous times to resolve this matter. On December 21, 2022 I was told I should be receiving payment soon - it is January 6, 2023 and I still have not heard from Worthy or received my money. I am including screenshots of key email communications - I have the full emails if needed to complete the investigation and get paid.

      On 12/15/22, I contacted Worthy to sell a diamond engagement ring. The ring was delivered on 12/19/22 and given number #*******,From 12/19/22 to 12/28/22, there was regular communication with each step of the process. The auction concluded on 12/28/22 at that time the highest bid was approved.Communication stopped.On 1/2/2023, I sent an email to inquire on the payment.A response was received the following day indicating they will reach out to their Finance team and when they hear back they will follow up via email.On 1/4/2023, I called at 9:35am no one answered and I left a voicemail. On a side note, the automated message indicating the open time as 9:30.No return call, I called back at 11:35am. The individual that answered the phone indicated that they sent me an email that they would contact Finance. They will advise when they hear back from Finance.Per their website, once the sale is complete, they will collect payment from the buyer of your valuables. This usually occurs within 5-7 business days, often much faster.I consider the sale completed on 12/28/22. This would make 1/5/2023 business day 5 (assuming 1/2/2023 was a holiday). With the Company being non-responsive I am not optimistic that I will receive my payment by business day 7.This is a red flag to me,To resolve this matter, I want the payment for the ring promised by the Company.

      I was unable to get anyone to call me back to keep me informed of what they were doing, as promised. When appraised, my merchandise was appraised lower, and when I say lower it, 20% of its worth, the pictures were unclear, and when I tried to correct the issue, my calls were met with people who could not help me or who could, and refused to help me so I asked to have my merchandise returned. Instead of having it sent directly to my home worthy.com after to send it to a ***** location, or I will have to personally go and pick it up. **************** is lacking to say the least

      I sent 3 diamond rings to be valued for possible auction. I didn't agree to their pricing for the auction and asked for my property back. They are now dodging my requests and calls. And have not confirmed any date to return my property.  I am worried that they will not sent back the exact same property I sent

      When we originally received your jewelry on December 16th, we quickly prepared it for auction which included complimentary professional cleaning, photography, and grading at the **** It is important to note that although we are happy to provide a recommended reserve price for your jewelry's auction based on past auctions and current market trends, you have complete control of setting your own reserve price at the minimum amount you feel comfortable with. This ensures that your jewelry only sells if that minimum amount is met or exceeded. Your jewelry was ready to go to auction by December 23rd but we respected your decision to instead return both rings and have since started processing your jewelry's return. 

      As outlined on our website and communicated to you directly, our current return processing time is **** business days from the date the return location is confirmed. Please note, the remounting of diamonds can affect this timeframe however we are continue to focus on handling the returns as quickly as possible without compromising the expertise and care required.       I have sent two diamond rings to Worthy. The one appraised by my jeweler at $3400. Worthy wanted to start auctioning at $540. I have called multiple times to have them return both of my rings intact. I have also emailed *************************** at Worthy multiple times with no response from her or anyone else. They appear to be holding my rings hostage and after I sent them to Worthy I have never heard another word except the email from *************************** stating what the first ring was valued at by them and that I need to start the auction process. From her first email to me I have been reaching out to these people with no response from anyone. I have received an email from ***** today stating she has tried to call me multiple times as well as email and she doesn't know why they didn't go through and that she would love to work with me to start the auction. She obviously doesn't read her emails. I would like my rings back intact. In my email To ***** dated 12/14 I requested my ring be returned. They completely ignored my request to send my rings back. I have copies of the emails I have sent them requesting my rings be returned intact as I cc the email to myself. If I received the email so did Worthy. The second ring they are holding is appraised by my jeweler at $11,000.. I haven't heard a word on that one which makes me very anxious. Where are my rings and what part of "I would like my rings returned to me" doesn't Worthy get. I am so sorry I ever got reeled into this. I should have know better. In my opinion Worthy is not a reputable company. I will answer *****'s email of today and cc to *************************** and myself *************************** is the Worthy employee that arranged for me to ***** my rings to Worthy. I initiated this fiasco and it is one of the biggest mistakes I have made. I would like my rings back.

      First, we want to provide complete reassurance we will be returning your jewelry to you. At this time, we are taking the final steps to prepare the jewelry for return. As a reminder, the center diamonds for both of your rings were previously unmounted per your approval and are in the process of being remounted at this time. Once the diamonds have been remounted, your jewelry will be packaged with great care and shipped to the return location you've confirmed. 

      In reference to your concerns about communication, it does appear we may have had some recent difficulties connecting with you by email and phone. We can confirm ****** your Auction Manager, attempted to reach you by both email and phone on December 16th, after you initially requested the return of your first ring, Item #*******, on December 14th. In addition to several emails and text messages being sent, follow up calls were also specifically attempted on December 17th, December 20th and December 21st.

      In the email communication sent to you on December 21st, it was explained your second ring, Item #*******, was now also ready to go to auction. Your Auction Manager attempted to explain the complete control you have of setting your reserve price at the amount you feel most comfortable with. Jewelry only sells if the reserve price is met or exceeded. When it became clear on December 22nd that you would prefer to have both rings returned, we initiated the return process with you. 

      Please note, our return processing timeline is typically **** business days however the reset of both center diamonds may take some additional time to complete. We won't hesitate to notify you once we've confirmed your jewelry is ready for shipment. We'll be sure to provide the ***** tracking information to you so you can monitor the return shipment on your end for added peace of mind.

      I sent my $9000 wedding set to Worthy to evaluate and auction. They removed the diamond for accurate evaluation and are to put it back on if returned. The auction never reached my reserve amount. On 11/23 I confirmed my return address and was told it would take **** business days to have it shipped. I talked with customer service agent ******** and she said this as well. It is now business day 11 and it has not been shipped yet. I planned to try to sell it myself in hopes someone would want it for a Christmas gift. This company is now costing me money. They have had plenty of days and both rings better be there. If I get it back I will be having it evaluated locally to make sure it is the correct one.

      I have exhausted all diplomatic options with Worthy.com, I need resolution & from the reviews/complaints on several sites this is a troubling pattern. I began my discussions with Worthy in early October and based on the guarantees of having my diamonds returned if I was not satisfied with their pricing recommendations. Their staff was in constant contact about the process and each step. October 27th Worthy received my 3 piece diamond bridal set for evaluation as I was interested in selling my jewelry with their business. Oct 28th I received an email asking to unmount the center stone as they find the additional verification increases your chances of more money at auction by 15-20%. I authorized the removal and Worthy went silent for a week. Finally they email my evaluation is complete and recommendated price uploaded online, I logged in and was shocked to see only $450 for a custom ***************** 3 piece bridal set that cost $7100 in March 2021, understanding I wouldn't get full value back but this was frustrating as it already had been 2 weeks when they advertised it happens in a few days. I called and spoke to my auction manager to voice my disappointment and was met with shortness, aggravated tone and no "customer service ", I told her I needed a day to think. November 11th I set a price of $1250 & began my auction, it ran for several days and didn't sell. I understood that was a possibility of that outcome and that's ok. November 14th my auction ended and I requested my rings back, I have not been able to speak to anyone helpful who doesn't regurgitate standard script of **** days you'll get a tracking number, I have authorized the return to my local ************* I still do not have any information or my jewelry back, I emailed customer service yesterday and they said it only been 3 days, absolutely unacceptable& horrific the service I'm being provided! It is misleading to the public on the advertised process as well as "easy" RETURN MY JEWELRY

      This is regarding ring #*******. I am representing my client as a couple days she was notified her ring was sold unauthorized by a worthy employee. After sending the ring she disagreed with the given price and asked for her ring to be sent back. The ring was never sent back and was instead sold for $731.25 (of which she will only receive $599.63) dollars without any notifications. The original ring was bought for thousands of dollars more. My client will be taking further legal action, as none of the representatives are taking action and are instead ignoring the situation.
