    I canceled my membership with Wix and was charged separately for a service that I no longer needed. I was told that I would not receive a refund. This is not the way to treat a customer for services that are no longer needed. A refund should be provided instead of the unwillingness to help. Extremely disappointed.

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Date: July 22, 2025 Please note, and for others to be aware of WIX IT GUY SCAM. Their Employees of IT TECH GUYS from WIX will harass you by emailing with makeup problems to your website just for you to hire them to fix it. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM, IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE GO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL "IT TECH PERSON OF YOUR OWN" AND DON'T HIRE "WIX IT TECH GUYS THEY'RE SCAMMERS" . Our company today sent WIX a FINAL NOTICE TO CEASE and DESIST LETTER ORDER, AFTER RECEIVING SEVERAL EMAILS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES. ALSO IF IT CONTINUES, WE WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST WIX IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF ************, ********[FINAL NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST LETTER / ORDER] Recorded Date: Tuesday, July 22, 2025 TO WIX:This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your company employees harassing emails to our company need to stop immediately with no delays, we have informed your company employees several times to stop harassing our company. These harassing emails actions against our company have become unbearable. Such anti-social behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. This email correspondence final order notice is to demand that your company harassment and intimidation must CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you continue to pursue these activities from this written date above in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, we will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you and your company, including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints. Note that a copy of this letter and a record of its delivery will be stored. Note too that it is admissible as evidence in a federal court of law and will be used as such if need be in the future.     Absolutely ****************... no way to hold bad employees accountable with a complaint form. Wix help through chat or by phone rarely solves any problems, they always send you to 'escalation' which means you will be emailed days later and will never be able to speak to a member of their team. Their AI chat bot never solves a single problem. WORTHLESS way for them to try to save a **** or two by not helping people. You create a beautiful website then they give you every excuse about why some pages WILL NEVER APPEAR on your wix app. Their customer services has went so down hill and they keep pushing new features and products but haven't made the old ones work well yet. I am beyond disgusted with their awful web hosting service, they used to be great but those days are long gone...

    Absolutely disgusting company. Bought a $210 2-year subscription, price increased to $620, hiding the fact that it would auto-renew, with the only "notification" being an unrelated email with renewal date hidden in the corner.I'm now out $620, and the company does not care whatsoever that I am a 21-year-old student who will not be able to pay rent with this charge.

    This company is a rip off when it comes to contracts. An agent told me to change a plan while saying it was just for pricing confirmation. Once the plan was changed the agent said they didn't have authority to change a customers plan. ************!!! Stay away at all costs!

    I agree. This is the worst website builder ever and I am so sorry, I used them. Good Luck with reaching customer service. If you have a business and want to get it set up to be used correctly and have your domain connected to your actual business site, without WIX creating a site for you, that is totally irrelevant to your business ideas, please do not use this platform. Forget about wanting a refund, if you are unsatisfied with the product. WIX is a whole joke, while racking up on money from business owners.

    Please be advised that you have to be very careful when doing business with WIX especially when it comes to plan renewal, and plan pricing. Recently I had a plan that was going to renew but was MUCH too big for my needs. A month a head of time I called and spoke directly by phone with a WIX customer service agent. He agreed the site I had was much too big for my needs. There was a smaller plan option but I could not "downgrade" from the plan I had and receive the current promotion they had going on. The WIX *** said the way around that was to cancel my current plan, which I did while still on phone with ***. After cancellation went through he signed me up for new plan which was much less expensive, even though I would lose a month I still had on my old plan. I paid WIX $174 right then for a full year through April 2026, hooked up my site, and it was working fine. Ended with asking agent was there anything else I need to do on my side...."nope you are all set" was the ***ly.THEN just two days ago, WIX auto "renewed" the plan I cancelled and took $432 out of my ****** account. Thought it was simple error that would be easily fixed, but when I called they said their TOS required me to not only cancel plan, but go into my account settings and turn of auto renew. THIS was not mentioned anywhere nor noted on site when I cancelled my account or mentioned by CS I was on phone with getting this done.WIX said they will look into it but will not guarantee they will refund my money and it will take 2 1/2 months for them to let me know. If this happens to you check out ***************************** as apparently there is a class action lawsuit in the wings. SHAME ON WIX.....BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM..

    ****** customer service + deceptive trade practices. I cancelled auto renewal after being victim to it in the past. I have an e-mail stating it was cancelled on 04/28/25 and I would not be charged. On 05/06/25 I was charged over $700 for a subscription I had cancelled.I requested a refund and received a form response stating I would receive a response within 21 days - which is an absolutely ridiculous wait period. I have now received another generic form response, which has bumped the timeline to 45 days. Completely unacceptable. I will be moving all of my websites, along with those I manage for clients to another platform. This is predatory and fraudulent.

    Do not use Wix. Their billing practices are unethical and customer service will not help you under any situation. Ive spent months communicating with **** that either provide incorrect information or dont understand the request that Im asking for. They will send you a 50% off code and then do everything within their power to not honor that code.

    I've been a loyal Wix customer for almost 10 years. Then I received an email on Monday that informed me my service plan would go from $90 over 2 years to $312 over 2 years. That's a 347% increase in cost. When I asked the Wix **************** team what I should do, they responded with: "this is happening because you previously had a basic premium plan called Connect Domain, however, that plan has been discontinued and you have been moved to our current lowest premium plan called Light... we are not able to change your premium plan for a lower one." WARNING: Do not do business with this company.
