    I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund after they charged me anyway. I then received an email that they tried to refund my money but my bank refused the refund and that they reinstated my subscription (without my authorization) after I had cancelled it. I contacted my bank and they said they have no record of refusing a refund. I told them I wanted a refund immediately to keep my subscription cancelled and they never replied. I do not recommend doing business with Wix.

    I have been using Wix for 4 years with no problems. Yesterday I received a threatening message via in box that my site had been hacked and it was against policy to continue allowing me to sell unless I clicked an email to a person who was supposedly going to resolve the flagged issues on my site. The. I received another message from supposedly customer support asking for a screen shot that I had reached out to this person. This person did contact me via email. He wanted $300 to go through my site to fix whatever bugs my site had. I told him and also the cs *** that I have copied all my listings and I am ready to go to another site to sell in case they decided to suspended or freeze my account because I cant afford to pay $300 to some unknown person. That and the fact I havent sold one item of my luxury goods since January there. Then, I get an email asking what I could afford. I ignored it then another inbox message telling me they can help me build more traffic to my site This was a plot to get money off me. The fact I use their website means they are responsible for hacking and bugs. None of which Ive never been warned about via any messages until this supposed scheme. Once I told the. I had copied all my listings, their tone changed from threatening to more appeasing toward business help to grow my business via search etc. What a total scam to truth to get more money off me since I pay premium fees to use the site. They need to be looked into for bad business practices and using threat tactics to scare clients using the website,

    Wix has been my service provider for almost 4 years. They have now questioned my business and made me resubmit documents they already had and bank info they have been making deposits to for 4 years. Twice now customer service told me nothing was wrong with my account and after several emails I am getting told conflicting information on why they are not releasing money I went out and EARNED! ***** on this company for withholding money from a small business. You are literally taking away from my children and I cannot in good faith book anything else with a customer through your service because I do not trust you! You are also still drafting my account for a website and pay system that is useless! No one is calling me back after several messages requesting this.

    Had 2 charges this month recurring. To an email that is unused they are renewing. This was for a campaign page from several years back. No activity. I requested nothing more than a partial refunds. They escalated and still said no. Be careful signing up further pages, they will try to stick it to you one more time after you leave. They know you wont be back

    I canceled my membership with Wix and was charged separately for a service that I no longer needed. I was told that I would not receive a refund. This is not the way to treat a customer for services that are no longer needed. A refund should be provided instead of the unwillingness to help. Extremely disappointed.

Their Employees of IT TECH GUYS from WIX will harass you by emailing with makeup problems to your website just for you to hire them to fix it. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM, IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE GO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL "IT TECH PERSON OF YOUR OWN" AND DON'T HIRE "WIX IT TECH GUYS THEY'RE SCAMMERS" . Our company today sent WIX a FINAL NOTICE TO CEASE and DESIST LETTER ORDER, AFTER RECEIVING SEVERAL EMAILS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES. ALSO IF IT CONTINUES, WE WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST WIX IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF ************, ********[FINAL NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST LETTER / ORDER] Recorded Date: Tuesday, July 22, 2025 TO WIX:This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your company employees harassing emails to our company need to stop immediately with no delays, we have informed your company employees several times to stop harassing our company. These harassing emails actions against our company have become unbearable. Such anti-social behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. This email correspondence final order notice is to demand that your company harassment and intimidation must CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you continue to pursue these activities from this written date above in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, we will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you and your company, including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints.     Absolutely ****************... no way to hold bad employees accountable with a complaint form. Wix help through chat or by phone rarely solves any problems, they always send you to 'escalation' which means you will be emailed days later and will never be able to speak to a member of their team. Their AI chat bot never solves a single problem. WORTHLESS way for them to try to save a **** or two by not helping people. You create a beautiful website then they give you every excuse about why some pages WILL NEVER APPEAR on your wix app. Their customer services has went so down hill and they keep pushing new features and products but haven't made the old ones work well yet. I am beyond disgusted with their awful web hosting service, they used to be great but those days are long gone...

    Absolutely disgusting company. Bought a $210 2-year subscription, price increased to $620, hiding the fact that it would auto-renew, with the only "notification" being an unrelated email with renewal date hidden in the corner.I'm now out $620, and the company does not care whatsoever that I am a 21-year-old student who will not be able to pay rent with this charge.

    This company is a rip off when it comes to contracts. An agent told me to change a plan while saying it was just for pricing confirmation. Once the plan was changed the agent said they didn't have authority to change a customers plan. ************!!! Stay away at all costs!

    I agree. This is the worst website builder ever and I am so sorry, I used them. Good Luck with reaching customer service. If you have a business and want to get it set up to be used correctly and have your domain connected to your actual business site, without WIX creating a site for you, that is totally irrelevant to your business ideas, please do not use this platform. Forget about wanting a refund, if you are unsatisfied with the product. WIX is a whole joke, while racking up on money from business owners.
