    VERY VERY VERY slow on the repayment it takes a whole week for payment to process witch is one of the most annoying things about this app.

    Can't even give it 1 star. Took my bank info, went to verify my ********** won't let me. The effin' scammers just got my bank info!! How was this on **************** I hope people read these reviews before signing up.

    Same. The app forced me to make a payment and pretends to give membership options but there is only one for 10 month. Also now I cant get them to delete my bank account and saying I owe them money and I NEVER GOT A DIME FROM THEM! Calling my bank to let them know right away. Dont be fooled they do not give you ANY loans.

    I was called uncooperative because I needed help closing my account because the app wouldnt let me do it. The agent, ****, wasnt reading anything I said, lied to me, and was immensely unhelpful. I finally got my account cancelled when he realized I wasnt going to go away. He never got me a supervisor and kept trying to end the conversation without helping me.

    I was charged $9.99 for a monthly membership fee of a membership I cant even use or access. I cant even get in to my account to delete it or delete my payment information so I dont get charged again. Customer service (if you can even call it that, the only possible way to reach out to CS is through a chat on the Gerald App- there is NO other contact information on their website) has been telling me for over two weeks they are working on the issue but from other reviews it seems I wont be getting any information or my money back!!!! DONT USE GERALD!!!
