They tried to take a payment out for my *********** bill, but my card had been changed through my bank when they sent me an email.I immediately went in and changed the card and also tried to contact them. I sent multiple emails. I was never responded to no one ever reached back to me But they are still sending texting emails saying that my overdue payment needs to be paid well I have updated my card yet. They still have not taken the payment out. I do not want my account to be messed up because of this. My account has been locked as a result of this and I need to be unlocked and I need the bill to be paid and I need help with this issue as soon as possible. I used deferit to pay my storage bill. I was told that they could mail a check out to my ******. I was assured it would be mailed out promptly and received by my ****** in 10 business days. My ****** has not received the check and there is no tracking information that deferit can provide. Ive been asking for help but always get a short answer. Now, I havent heard anything from them. There phone number just directs you to their website. Their site claims they have chat but they dont. It just takes you to a email submission form. *** already made one payment towards the bill. I have penalty fees because deferit didnt get the bill to the ****** in time. And I still dont know where the check they sent out is and neither do theyBusiness Response

I had an account with ****************** for at least a year. I always paid what was owed. One day my mobile app all of a sudden wouldnt let me log in and started requesting an ID and a bank card which I feel I already did when I opened the account, I had already verified my identity! 05/05/2025 ************ provided a service that was to help save on bills which was highlighted as an included service in their membership. They had me upload a copy of my most recent ******** internet bill. While they lowered my bill, they claimed to have lowered it by $456 over the next 12 months and that they would be taking a fee of $228 (half the savings). This was not stated anywhere on the bill savings service. And it was quite the surprise getting a $228 bill from them. They split it into $57 increments every two weeks and immediately tried to auto charge my card. I am claiming this is a scam as the customer (myself) was not made aware of their giant fee beforehand. And it actually defeats the purpose of their claim of saving money on bills because in total with the $57 I am paying more for ******** this month than I would be had I not used deferit. I would like this business to take their $228 fee off of my account with them.Business Response
