      Never make a purchase through SeatGeek! You can't get a refund. You can't cancel. You can't get customer support. It's a predatory marketplace that lets sellers price-gouge unsuspecting consumers. Look for any other option. It will require you to pay more than you need for something that *** not be valid and where you have no recourse. Avoid this harmful predatory service.

      I missed my event because of them!! They say "wait ***** hours before the event for your tickets to be transferred to you." The day of the event... Where are my tickets. I speak to them on chat. They say... "Let me look into this for you and I'll get back to you". 4 hours later... Haven't heard from them, the event starts in 6 hours. I start another chat with them. "Hey you never got back to me, where are my tickets." Spend literally three and a half hours on chat with them while they "figure it out". Just for them to tell me one hour before the game that they will be issuing me a refund. A waste of f****** time! And I missed my event! They false advertise. Their system is NOT legitimate. They did not even offer to upgrade me, they refunded me. The proper thing to do what've been to supply me with tickets that were more expensive to the same event on their dime, since they ****** up. Still waiting on that refund. They say you'll get it in 3-5 business days. Why? You automatically took the money out of my account when you sold me the fake tickets now it's going to take five days for you to give it back? They deserve the * rating the BBB gave them. I'm telling everyone I know not to use them!

      I purchased tickets to Jerry Seinfeld in 2019 (Pre-Covid). The event was scheduled for 2020. Eventually it got canceled. A year later they email me telling me the event was rescheduled for 2022 and the tickets I received are the same tickets to be used for the new date. Unfortunately for me I had lost the tickets and they are no where to be found. I've been trying to get in touch with SeetGeek for the past three months now to either get me a set of new tickets or reimburse me. No one can help me. They tell me every time I call that they are escalating the case and no one will call me back. Every time I call back a new customer service rep picks up and tells me the same thing. The event is next week and it is unbelievable they can not provide me tickets, a refund, or even an answer! I will never use SeetGeek again their customer service is awful! Best to buy tickets from ************ or the host of the event. If there's an issue they can at least help.

      I ordered wheelchair seats to a ****** playoff game. SeatGeek sent me the wrong seats (they were NOT in the wheelchair row), so I returned the seats and was subsequently able to successfully purchase wheelchair seats one section over to the same game. When the game was cancelled, instead of giving me a FULL REFUND to my credit card of $790 (which they are required to by ********** law), they said that since I'd used the promo code from the first transaction to buy the second set of seats that I was not eligible for a cash refund. I spent 2 weeks and over 8 hours speaking with customer service via chat and on the phone. I still do not have a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

      On 5/22 I bought 3 tickets on SeatGeek for the Broncos vs Chargers game for over $3k, later on we decided we werent going to the event and decided to sell the tix on SeatGeek for a fraction of the cost. They all sold the day before the event on 10/16/22 and then I got an email from SeatGeek saying that my payment has been issued on 10/19/22 and Id receive this within 5-7 business days yet I still havent received payment in the amount of $661.50. Its now 10/29/22 and Ive been chatting all week with their staff who kept saying that the payment was issued and that it might be a bank issue. So I contacted my bank, and even provided my recent credit transactions from my bank account via chat, I also called my bank who said NO PAYMENT HAD EVER BEEN ISSUED BY THIS MERCHANT, they then asked me to re-enter my bank account info which I did, AFTER I already verified that they did in fact have my correct bank account info via chat. Then they said said that theyd escalate this issue internally via email and have yet to respond back via email. I then reached out on ******* as a last resort, in which they responded with I entered the wrong account number for my payout and itll probably take another 5-7 business days after I re-enter it lol. So I re-entered my account numbers AFTER THEY ALREADY VERIFIED that they had the correct info on their end. Ive never dealt with a company like this before, its extremely shady! And have had the worst customer experience ever! Will NOT be using them again and I still have NO COMMUNICATION or Responses from SeatGeek regarding this issue via email since. Very disappointed in this experience and this company who might be going under, thats gotta be the reason theyre refusing to pay out its customers who are already paying an arm and a leg for tickets and then to be met with a horrible customer experience from ********************. Im sure a class action suit will be in effect real soon.

      I have never written a bad review for anything until now... They really deserve a negative number, 0 is even too much! This is the WORST experience ever! They have lots of promises but deliver on NOTHING! I purchased tickets for a concert that I never received! I spent 5.5 hours of trying to work with agent after agent to get the tickets that they said I received, but I never received them or I would have been at the concert instead of talking to them! Every time I talked to someone they said don't worry you will either get the tickets or 100% money back. LIARS!!! None of that is true! After of a month of going back and forth every couple of days, they said the best they can do give me a 100% promo code. WHAT is that? Like I would ever want to use their services again. I just lost out on all my money, and all the gas, tolls, parking and aggravation the night cost me! Learn from our mistakes... DON'T ever use SeatGeek or trust anything they tell you! Please spread the work... I know I will! They just rob you of you money!

      I would like to make you aware of the extremely poor service that I received from seat geek recently. I purchased 3 tickets in July for a college football game in October which were confirmed by seat geek at the time. I was aware of seat geeks practice of not releasing tickets for security reasons prior to the game. I was told I should receive my tickets ***** hours prior to the game by customer service. When I had not received my tickets within ************************************************************************************* all instances I was told that they would escalate my concerns to a supervisor. When I asked to be connected directly to a supervisor they said that was not possible and that a supervisor would call me back but in all four instances that never occurred. Since we had bought airline tickets, a hotel stay as well as rental car to go to the game, we ended up buying additional tickets to the football game (over $700) thinking we would never receive these seat geek tickets due to poor communication and lack of follow up. One hour prior to the game, while we were already in the stadium with our new tickets, I received an email that my tickets were being transferred. I never excepted this transfer. I also never heard back from customer service until the following day when they wanted to confirm that I was happy with the receipt of my tickets.Seat Geek is an absolutely horrible, horrible service and I will never ever use Seat Geek again!! I cant believe that they are allowed to be in business with such horrible business practices and the lack of transparency is deplorable. Shame on you!! I hope you escalate this review of your services and refund the money I paid for the tickets I never got.but I wont hold my breath.

      Bottom line - I spent nearly $900 and never received tickets. They will no longer response to my emails and the event has passed. I emailed them for 4 months straight trying to get a work around to the mobile transfer tickets and nothing worked. I'm very upset and will NEVER use this company again. it was a complete fraud.

      I would give negative stars if I could! The night before our event, which we paid just over $6k for, we still hadn't received the tickets. So I messaged SeatGeek and after having to message 3 different techs we were told our seller is no longer giving us the tickets. We were NEVER notified prior to me having to reach out! We had to take time off work, we traveled 5+ hours, just for the event. It was the worst business transaction ever. They wouldn't find us replacement tickets and even said you can find your own seats when you get your refund (3-5 business days later-after the event took place). I recommend people to NEVER use or trust SeatGeek.

      I bought tickets to a concert that was 2.5 hours away, through seatgeek, as a present for my daughter. When I purchased the tickets, I got the confirmation from the seller that I would receive the tickets. 24 hours prior to the concert I had not received the tickets. I contacted seatgeek's customer service and they said all they could do was contact the seller. The day of the concert I still did not have the tickets. After spending 6 hours on the phone where I was put on hold for 45- 60 minutes and then hung up on multiple times when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was finally given an answer to the situation that there were never any tickets and they would refund me my money. Not only did it cause major anxiety and stress, I also had to inform my daughter that we would not be going to a concert for her birthday, less than 3 hours before the doors open. I was given a refund for the tickets and that is all. Nothing else to compensate me or my daughter for the stress and trauma they caused. Not to mention that I was never allowed to talk with a supervisor because they were in a "meeting" all day. If they had informed me prior to the day of the concert, when I called, I would have been able to purchase other tickets, but the day of, they were all sold out.
