1 starI went to wellbots to purchase some ****** ***** earbuds that were on sale. It appeared that the earbuds were in stock at wellbots but two days after placing my order wellbots sent out a mass email to everyone who had purchased the earbuds on sale that they had run out and were receiving more in a few days. Later I was told they would ship on Nov 20th. On Nov 21st I inquired why they hadn't shipped yet and was told they would now ship on the 24th. This is an unacceptable business practice. Its 2024 and everyone else knows exactly how much inventory they have. A customer expects that if the website allows a sale its in stock or at the very least you are notified that you are making a backorder before the sale is complete. This is not the case with wellbots. Do not order from them if you want your item in a timely manner.

5 starsWonderful company, I think Wellbots sales one of the best Solar Portable Generator, Ecoflow. Not only do they sale a great product, there employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have purchased a small River and Delta 2 ****************** Station. They work Wonderful when the lights go out
