    I have read the other complaints and mine is about identical. Product order confirmation without having placed an order. Automatic subscription without approval or confirmation. In person phone reps placing subscription orders without approval. I had my credit card frozen and am getting replacement. Called multiple times only to be disconnected. I finally got through and they said they would cancel the order. I do not trust or believe anything they have communicated to me. I think their sales practices are dishonest.My initial favorable impression of their product is permanently soured. I will never purchase their products either directly or indirectly again. Im done with circular conversations and logic. Good riddance. I wouldnt bother ever again.

    For ***** order I set out my subscription ship date. Got the confirmation page with the golden retriever saying it was completed. Product shipped anyway. I let it go and set out the date for the following shipment date for **** I received an email that my shipment was coming up in three days. I replied to the email that this date was set out and should not be shipping. Now Im upset and I then went ahead and logged into the online account and cancelled. When they responded to my emails I was told it was a computer glitch but they did nothing to rectify the situation and shipped and charged me anyway and also claimed my cancellation came in after the item shipped. **************** is definitely not their forte.

    I ordered dental cleaning products from pet lab . I never used it because the noise terrified my dog . I also ordered extra brushes that were NEVER opened . I emailed the company to return products with in the 14 day window and they ignored my 3 emails . I then went to my cc company and was only able to get a partial return . I am stilled owed $38 . They only accept returns apparently within 14 days and product must not be opened ! I have all boxes it was never used and I am out the $ . They wouldnt even reply to my 4 emails until my cc company emailed them about the charges . DO NOT ever buy from this company! ****************

    On 10/17/23 I ordered probiotics for my dog and subscribed for auto shipping every month. I received that order on 10/21. On 10/27 they tried to send me another order too early. Because another company I do business with suffered a security breach, my credit card had to be cancelled, so Petlab was unable to process that additional order. I then decided to cancel the subscription and received a confirmation from Petlab that the subscription had been canceled on 10/29. However, Petlab continued to try to charge the cancelled card after the subscription cancellation. On 11/7 I received an email letting me know that my order had been processed and had been shipped. I checked my Credit Card account and it had been charged to my new Credit Card which I HAD NOT GIVEN TO THEM. I went to the website and the subscription had been reinstated WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I promptly cancelled the subscription, again, and spent an hour searching their webpages for a number to call. It is literally buried inside the webpage. Upon reaching a customer service representative she reviewed all my emails and seemed baffled how this could have happened and said she had submitted it to be investigated. I must say, that the customer service rep. was very polite and helpful and immediately issued a refund. I will not be using this company in the future and will never recommend it to anyone I know.
