    The probiotics are working on my Lab, her yeast problems have greatly improved and the coat and skin chews are helping to improve her dry skin, also improving is her coat, its much shinier and her coat is getting thicker! Im very pleased with the results so far! Thank you!

    Excellent probiotic. Since Ive been giving my dog a daily probiotic ( last 6 months) she has little to no eye discharge, also her scratching is ****.Thank you!!

    I ordered their products and I did not sign up for a subscription I just ordered the free sample that I had to pay shipping for they are still building me you can't contact them with the phone number either They keep making me email back-and-forth with no results

    I am being ignored via email after asking for a return on an unopened package with in in theor 30 day window period for returns. Instead of simply accepting my return, they send emails questioning the return and hope you do not responsible within that 30 day time period. Any legitimate company would have a 30 day money back guarantee. This is not happening. Horrible way to treat customers. No phone number to contact anyone.

    Interesting... I came here to post an overwhelmingly positive review of the products and what they've done to help my two Olde English's. I see the comments below and I wonder if anyone knows how to use the various attributes of the internet and vendor contact/web forms. I'm not mocking anyone but Petlab has a solid ordering/pausing/cancellation system. I use "pause" from time to time while I learn how much to have on hand.I've been a Petlab client for just about five months but the change in both of my dogs is something worth telling. I use the Probiotics for both of my 80lb pups. One is eleven and the other is nine. Only the older dog gets the anti-itch but both get the probiotic. I've been amazed to see the results after just a couple of months. They are happier and they no longer "crop dust" ** in the room. Their bathroom schedules are incredibly consistent. We're actually feeding them a bit less as well since the probiotic is so efficient.

    They over charge you right at your first order. Their website automatically upsells your orders to include 2 or 4 additional tubs. I was overcharged $150 when wanting to only buy 1 tub for 50, I got 5 for 200.
    I tried to contact them the same day I placed the order. They had the order at my house within the week and ignored all calls and emails. You can't email them, call them, nothing.

    I paid for a monthly subscription. I received the first order. 2nd order was supposed to process Nov 29th. Today is December 12th. The last update I see was Dec 3rd. I have minimally reached out three times to the company via their website and received an automated email once. I like the product but the customer service is non-existent. No phone number to call or speak with a human. Very frustrating.
