    I am very happy that the product I ordered to rid my dog of her stinky breath actually works! I have started a subscription so she doesn't miss a dose. I had an issue with a duplicate order but the customer service department took care of it in minutes to my complete satisfaction.

    Good product. My ***** loves them. When I switched my subscription to the allergy and immune chew, I didnt do so in time and ended up with more product than I needed. **************** was prompt to reply, through email, credited my credit card and told me to donate the surplus product. Highly recommend the product and company.

    I realized that my monthly order may arrive whilst we are away for 5 weeks (with our 4 legged kiddos). I contacted **************** who assured me the order would arrive before we left.Shortly after that call I received a call from **************** to ask if I would like my order to be expedited by 2 day service at no charge to me - of course, I accepted and am so grateful for the care expressed by the PetLab employee.Every opportunity I get I recommend PetLab ** as I believe not only are their products good but also their **************** is exceptional.

    The dental powder made a huge difference in our dog's breath and dental health. Because she had a heart condition, we could not have her teeth cleaned, and within just a month, this powder really helped. When she passed away, I submitted a request to return a recent, unopened package for a refund, and they were quick to respond with kindness and an immediate refund. If we decide to bring another dog into our family, we'll remember PetLab Co. for any supplement needs.

    So far very happy. I can't review for the product it's self. But for customer support, definitely ??! I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I thought it was going to be a big ole headache returning then waiting for the rite product. So I called right away. They not only told me to keep the wrong one and or donate it. Plus sent the rite one I originally wanted to order. Was one of the easiest exchanges I ever dealt with literally! Tysm! Will definitely update on how well the probiotics work when I start them for my dog bear....

    on 6/16 i placed my Allergy and Immune chews. 2 days later they took ***** out of my checking account but as of today 7/26 i still havent received it. i have contacted them through contact us) 4 times now and all i get is a email that says were very busy and they will contact me asap7/26 still nothing

    I ordered the Probiotic chew and the Allergy and Immune chews. My pets have horrible allergies and itch constantly, chew at thier paws and lick their fu to the point that it just falls out! It is heartbreaking! I saw this on tictoc or ******** or some social media platform. When I got them, I was reading and comparing the ingredients and there is LITERALLY ONE ingredient different in these 2 products! Only ONE yet they r marketing and selling them together claiming you need BOTH to help! To me, that is a total ripoff! These are NOT cheap by any means and to basically sell the same exact product to ppl except for 1 ingredient, is false advertising and totally taking advantage of desperate pet owners hoping to find a miracle to help their beloved pets and quite frankly, they should be ashamed of what **** are doing! They are taking advantage of ppl and it just isn't right! Granted, I have NOT used what I bought yet and I DO plan to just to see if it actually works and I WILL update this review after I tey the product bit for now I can honestly say, I feel taken advantage of. I ordered a 2 months supply so more to come yall!
