    I had to temporarily stop my subscription. I forgot about the subscription reoccurring, so the charge went through my bank. I immediately reached out, and it was handled smoothly, politely, and professionally. I was refunded with no issue. The only reason i had to stop my subscription was bc we have too much product still. When we use what we have, I will 100% be a returning customer.

    I have an 8 oz bottle of Dental Formula with the **** label (which my vet told me was a good thing), but the new bottle I just got does not have that label. Any reason?

    Petlab Co. is a very successful company and the product that I have for my dog's teeth works so well! Tootsie is 12 years old and her teeth are in great condition since using their powder on her breakfast meal each day. The ingredients are a good addition to her health as well as a terrific help in dental care. I have been a customer for over two years - I recommend making your dog's dental life well cared for by using this product - plus it's easy to store and use. .Good product - good service - great staff - good results for our pets!

    I'm very pleased with the customer service from Pet Lab. I called this morning to check if the Pro Bright powder I received was basically the same product as the product color used to be a dark green and is now a light brown. I forwarded a photo of the products.The agent checked with their quality control department and it was determined that it was indeed the same product.

    I lost my pet before I got the product and was so devastated I forgot to cancel my subscription order. When I noticed it coming, they immediately cancelled it and refunded me over the phone. And said to keep the product and donate to a shelter. Heartbroken. I will use these products when I adopt another dog. I was so thankful and surprised when they immediately offered to refund me, I honestly never expected that. Company with real heart and cares for our fur babies. I would highly recommend.

    Been using multiple products for almost 2 1/2 years now if I have any problems or issues they take care of immediately but havent had that many issues anyways and my dogs look forward to their chews every morning and they really do help their coats are softer and shiny like Ive never seen and their bowel movements have been consistent seen starting probiotics
