    My pups have been on the probiotic chews for over a *********** help tremendously!! Neither has had the occasional upset tummy or diarrhea that seems to happen every now & then since theyve been on them. My 9 yr old Peke has also been on the joint chews for quite awhile- they seemed to be helping but I wasnt sure - I ran out because I wasnt doing auto ********** was without for over a week - her groomer noticed that she wasnt as limber as she had been the visit before, so they definitely make her every day joint pain so much better, she jumping up to sit with us again & joint chews also on auto ship. Thank you *******

    My advice would be to add a sample packet at least containing 2 of the nuggets. This way if your dog loves it great. If not at least you tried and DID NOT have to open the actual product. Since the company will only to a refund if product is NOT opened. How are you supposed to try the product unless you open it. ***** the representative was very nice, and handled my return smoothly.

    The product (Dental/****** powder) did not appear to be working as promoted. I asked to return product and cancel my membership. Representative was very polite and offered other options. I informed him I just wanted to return product and cancel membership. He then agreed to cancel membership and refund my money. He immediately sent 2 emails confirming membership was cancelled and money would be refunded. Thank you for no hassle.

    The company website wouldnt accept my online order because it had a glitch with *** and yahoo email addresses. I was advised to call customer service.The first ****** I spoke with, just tried to insert my information on the website and discovered the same problem. I then was told I would be called back within an hour because customer service was unavailable at that time, to place a phone order.******* called me back, and was extremely helpful! She was extremely pleasant, offered feedback from her experiences with her dog, and I felt very cared for! So rare these days!I especially wanted to write this review, because I tend to read the negative reviews first before I work with a company and make purchases. Several of the reviews said there was bad customer service. I just wanted to make a note that that was not my experience! It was Above and beyond with ******* !

    Ive been using the Immune Support with my 4 year old CKC and its been great! She rarely licks her paws & is no longer shaking her head. Also, *** been able to get my questions answered easily by the support staff. I highly recommend this company!

    Unfortunately my dogs belly didnt agree with the chews (he would throw them up). When noticed I was being charged for my 2nd month (I acknowledge I signed up for it) I call and cancelled the subscription. Because my I couldnt use them they refunded all my money back and asked me to donate the rest. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wasnt even asking or expecting a refund for the 1st month. They were genuinely concerned about my dog. My dog is perfectly fine.
