    I had an issue with the **** not delivering my package to my mailbox and package was **** After reporting to **** and them doing their due diligence, I was instructed to file a claim with Petlab *** and let them know the situation. My order was replaced with no hassle and resent. **** Rho was very kind and helpful during the processs.

    Before I began this review, I read all the others 1st. I see that the same thing happened over and over. So sorry that they could not get help sooner. When I ordered yesterday, received an e-mail, wasnt sure if they had me on one time order or subscription, so I called, spoke to an excellent, professional, knowledgeable agent. We spoke, got my ******************* resolved, and now I await my product for my dear pet and companion. I appreciated the time the agent took in getting my order straight, and the valuable information he gave regarding the product I am about to receive. Ill write another review once my dog has had time to try it. I am hopeful it will assist in helping her .
