    I had placed an order and it was loss in transit with **** on the mail service and i could not get any help form them. Petlab had very good customer Service was very help woth checking the tracking seen what had happen and resent the order. Petlab handle this very well wish more business would go back to have customer service I thank you for the great job they have done

    I spoke with **** today. I had already ordered the ProBright, when I realized it wasn't the advance formula. **** understood my mistake, but I called before it was in the system. **** understood my mistake and knew I wanted the advance formula. She said it would take time because I wasn't in the system yet. She took down my information and said she'd email when a solution was found. I received an email from her and she had upgraded my order to ProBright advance with no extra charge for this order. **** was very impressive the way she handled the issue I created and went over and beyond with the free upgrade.     There was a particular product that came to us through a friend and was highly recommended.Our tiny dog, seemed to have what might have been a reaction to the product. I reached out to ********* and got an immediate response, along with a detailed questionaire. The next day I recieved a full refund for my entire purchase. This was over and above any expectations I had. I was just making an inquiry.

My email was responded to immediately and my issue resolved. This company has over the top customer service, professionalism and friendliest service.     Great customer service.. I was able to cancel a subscription that I was not aware of signing up for.. I called and the representative **** took care of my issues and I was reimbursed right away . I actually felt like a valued customer. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and this is the best experience I've had in a long time with a customer service department..

    These products have reversed yeast buildup in my dog's ears and are helping with skin allergies. I also like the dental products a lot. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that to change or edit a subscription, you can to use the contact form, wait for them to get back to you, and then confirm what they are saying is right. This process seems archaic compared to what most subscription options are from other companies.
