    The dental powder is a great product for my dogs teeth! It has helped to lessen the tartar and plaque as well as improve his breath after only one month! The monthly subscription saves me money and keeps his dental health consistent!

    We were using Petlabs dental powder for several months. It was the only thing that cleaned our older border collies teeth. She also is a picky eater and she actually liked it. Before using this she had the worst breath. Within a short time, it started to get better. Every time I have had to contact Petlab, they have answered my emails right away. I was unable to cancel my order when our loving dog passed away from her heart disorder two months ago. I wrote an email and they answered me within hours. They were extremely kind and compassionate. They canceled my subscription and even refunded me for the order that was about to be shipped. Which they didnt have to do. I think they have a great product, but an even better customer service. Which is hard to come by today.

    I had a problem with one of their products as it gave my dog diarrhea. But the agent I spoke with was courteous and understanding. He asked for some data about my dog which I gave him, and he cancelled my subscription with no issue.

    I ordered 2 of the pro bright for my boy... They had an upsell so I ordered 2 more. I decided to get the dental sticks as well, when opened 1 to give to my boy. I was shocked! at how small they were. He is a 36 lb doodle so that lasted a second. I called to get a refund on the 1 bag and when I told her how small they are for him. She said I understand and she told me I could keep the bags and she will refund the 2 which I thought that was AMAZING customer service ?????. I will be gifting these to someone who has a 15 lb dog lol

    I've had no problems with this company. My dog seemed to like the probiotic chew, and I used the product for a year or two, until my dog recently passed away. When I wanted to return the last shipment, they refunded my money and told me to keep the product, and to consider donating it to a rescue or shelter. It was very easy, no hassle, and I really appreciated that.

    These guys are great. I moved and forgot to change my address in time before my recurring order was shipped to my old address. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to get it, but **** (the support agent who helped me) was super empathetic, kind, and solution-oriented. She made sure that I got my order and even expedited it so it arrived at my new address in one day.The product itself works amazing. My dog was limping, itching/scratching, chewing her nails (all of which she had never done before in 5 years) as a result of allergies. I tried everything to remedy it - visiting a neurologist and other specialists, other supplements, prescriptions (*********, **********, etc.), and more - but this supplement made a difference in two weeks. Now, my dog is not doing any of that anymore and is back to her normal self.Between the customer service and effectiveness of the product, I will continue to use this as long as my dog is with **** hardly ever take time to write reviews this thorough, but **** deserves it, and I hope it makes the choice easier on which supplement to use for other people experiencing similar issues with their fur babies.
