    I enjoy this **mpany, their customer service and products.. my pups are happy and so am I I've used dental formula for their water and pro bright too.. thank you pet lab ** for my great experience with your ccustomer service "******" she was very helpful the one time I needed to call

    I had an issue with an order not being delivered on time. When I contacted PetLab via email I expected that after a couple days I would receive a standard "form" letter about how they were sorry and would straighten out the problem, just placating me. But instead, the agent responded as if he really cared about the problem, wanted to know the details, and cared about me, as if I was important. It was amazing. He did not treat me as a task that had to be completed, but as a person, with respect, compassion, graciously, with great consideration. And he not only satisfied my need by shipping a replacement product, but expedited the shipment so I would receive it the next day. I was amazed at how well I was treated. What a wonderful way to do business!

    I was blown away by the customer service I received when attempting to return an order after my dog died. The company showed no hesitation and instantly refunded my money. I was also told to keep the product and donate it to a charitable organization. The message I received was heartfelt, genuine, and compassionate. Forever, a PetLab customer!

    Petlab Co. deserves five out of five stars. Wish I would have known about their products sooner. My dog is on the probiotics and joint chews. His appetite is better because his stomach does not gurgle as much. The joint chews took a few weeks to kick in but was worth the wait. These chews have improved his ability to walk without his rear legs slipping out from underneath him. Thank you for caring about our elderly dogs and improving their quality of life.

    I ordered products and decided I didnt want to use them. I was automatically put into a subscription by how I ordered, I guess. Once I realized that I was automatically getting the product again, I was helped to cancel my subscription and the order that was just placed without any issue. Id purchase from them again but be careful to note if that signed me up for a subscription.
