    I highly recommend the allergy and immune product for your dogs. My dogs symptoms improved within days. I accidentally made an incorrect order when I ordered the product the second time and I was able to fix it over the phone no problem. I cannot sing their praises enough. I am very pleased. The good news is I have a dog thats a very finicky eater and I cut these little chews into three little pieces and put it in her food and she eats it every morning.

    Petlab Co did an amazing job in giving me a refund after I had canceled my subscription. The service agent, Sam, went above and beyond for me. I would not hesitate going back to Petlab Co in the future. I highly recommend them.

    I was unhappy initially because i had no record of starting any auto delivery and once i tried to login to any account i may or may not have opened, was told i had no account. This made me wonder why i had received three auto deliveries and twice as many probiotics than anyone should need and how this happened with no account. Once i emailed to customer service, i was contacted by email within 24 hours and told my auto refill was terminated and that i would no longer be receiving any more auto shipments. I am hoping this is true and i don't have to go to the extrememe of contacting my bank and having a new card issued. Once i read some reviews already posted, I am a little concerned but trying to remain positive that the matter has been resolved. thank you.

    The prebiotic chews definitely work and I highly recommend them! I was hesitant at first, they took about 2 weeks to get in my dogs system, however I was told this when I first placed my order! My dog was miserable but after the probiotic chews you could not tell he had a problem and was not eating grass, or licking causing wounds on his paws anymore! They healed right away! They are amazing!!! Trust me!! They are a must!

    Forced a subscription on me. Shipped and charged my ****** account without authorization. I did call their number but the only way I could get a customer service *** was to tell them that I wanted to buy more product. When I called about an order that was shipped I got a recording wanting me to leave a message.

    I called to report a quality issue about a product and the associate took my information and handled it over the phone. The product was replaced the same day. They have great products for pets and their communication with customers is top notch. I highly recommend **********************.

    Petlab ** is a scam. I cancelled my subscription a month ago and today 11/12/2024 $43.35 was taken from my ac**unt. Don't try to call them you'll never get through, their voice message will tell you they are in a team meeting and ask for your information but before you can give your info, they hang up... I have reported this scam to my ************. They are not BBB accredited that should have been a warning
