  ****** ******* with Sekure Merchants was great to work with. He called us to follow up on an issue we had. I explained to him the situation and he worked on resolving it. The issue was resolved. He was courteous and very professional. Thank you.

Setup was easy and he clearly understands our business needs and the urgency of timely processing of our client's charges. I highly recommend Sekure Merchants for your credit card processing and will be with them for the many businesses I own and operate.

I get a real professional rather then pushed off to an automated service. ********'s customer service is beyond helpful, she monitors, she is diligent and communicated about all or any issues in a friendly personal way. It feels great to know that I have a real professional like ******** working for her customers.

  ****** ******* ****** has been an amazing merchant service rep for our chiropractic office, ******* ***** ************. Sometimes small business owners need help with their credit card needs....especially understanding all the regulations, requirements, compliance, etc ..... When I reach out to ****** about a question I have, I usually hear back from her either by phone or by email within 24 hours !! Even if I wanted to leave this cc card service company I COULDN'T, because she has made my cc life uncomplicated !! She is a little slice of heaven that has made my life much easier when it comes to 'outside services' !

  ****************************************** of SEKURE merchants (a processing company for CC payments) has restored my faith in honesty and good public relations. ***** has gone over and above in provided the "correct" service to meet my particular business needs. We have had (2) previous global processing merchants...the first held our money for nearly a month and demanded detailed information about our business...stating that we couldn't possibly be that successful....Another global merchant deposited our money into the wrong account and wrong bank...and refused to admit their mistake.***** represents an ******** company, and he has given ** fantastic service...taking the time to resolve issues for our benefit.We are pleased to have him as our relationship manager.************** ******* **** ****

  They are very reasonable, flexible and Fair Saving my small business $125 to $150 a month on processing fees.Very professional and responsive customer service and account manager.

  Very shady company. They fail to tell you about all of the hidden fees. When you finally reach them it's excuse after excuse. I was charged $149 in December. They told me it was for my **** and that charge was because "that is what the *** charge". It's one thing after another. They lied to me in the beginning by telling me there were no charges to me/my company, but that my customer had to pay 4% on top of the charge for merchandise. However, I found out that was nothing but a lie as well. I have been charged monthly because I don't generate a certain amount of monetary charges, so not only do my customers get dinged but so do I. I have a small business that they are draining me dry. And the icing on the cake: They were charging me a monthly fee on top of the fee they were taking out because I don't have enough business charges. MORE **, more hidden garbage. I'm very, very, very tired of the lies, the hidden fees, and the bs. Steer far clear of this company! I would never recommend them to anyone. I was told today that I had a contract with them, which is news to me, and if I terminate it, I have to pay them over $500. (Which I can't afford.) MAJOR RIP OFF......BUSINESSES BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY! Lies and hidden fees are what they are so very good at. Also, I have tried to find this so-called contract on their "Payments Hub" site, but nothing there at all. Just more garbage.Also, the card reader I have is conveniently no longer available. I have had problems with it for a long time now. They want me to get one that I have to pay a monthly fee for, have to use the internet for, and they charge you a bunch of **** on top of all this....oh but the paper is "free"... Stay away from them. You are much better off.
