    I keep getting phone calls from these people saying that they are doing an analysis on my current account and want a statement emailed to them from our current carrier. I have told them several times that I am not interested. They call back over and over. NOT HAPPY LEAVE ME ALONE!

    Shout out to ***************************, Senior Payment Expert, for providing top-notch customer service!!! I have been working with ***** regarding pre-approval on a high dollar credit card payment and she has been absolutely AMAZING to work with! She has gone above and beyond to keep me informed of the status of this issue and has been so very nice! I sincerely hope that Sekure Merchant Solutions realizes what a valuable asset they have in ***** and that she is recognized and lauded for her excellent performance. Kudos to you, *****!!!

    Jon E***** with Sekure Merchants is an asset to this great company. We have been doing business with Sekure for years. Most of those years Jon has been there making sure everything ran smoothly from new machines, best rates, new services to technical issues, which have been few. His knowledge and professionalism are grounded by friendliness that puts one at ease. I can't imagine going anywhere else for merchant services when we already have the best personal rep and merchant provider.

    Danielle B******** is absolutely wonderful!! I've been with Sekure Merchants for years now and she is one of the best representatives I've worked with. She took a lot of time to help answer all of my questions and figure out what the best option would be for our company (********** **********). We are a pediatric private practice and we do generate a lot of daily credit card payments. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of and that our company benefits the most from using Sekure Merchants as our credit card merchant. Thank you Danielle!     I had the pleasure of speaking with Marcio S******** with Sekure Merchants this afternoon. Marcio was not only very knowledgeable about the problem I was calling about but also extremely friendly & helpful, asking multiple times if Ihe could do anything else to assist me. He made dealing with the problem at hand much easier to deal with and promised that Sekure would notify with any updates by putting my email address on the list. Marcio is a very upbeat person and seems to love his job and taking care of his customers concerns. I'm very glad he is taking care of our account.

    I called Square to get a replacement on my reader. The phone call was intercepted by Sekure Merchant Solutions. I am not sure how that happen but it left me feeling fooled and void of trust. It seemed to be a bait and switch scam. After reading all of the complaints online it appears my instincts were correct.

    ******** ********* of Sekure Merchants was a great help to us in getting the approval on a $63,000 credit card payment. I am finding when people are working from home you don't get very good service, but in her case she kept following up with me to see how things were progressing. When I raised concerns about our fees she got the underwriting department to reduce them due to our higher volume. I also raised the concern of getting credit card payments credited to our checking account sometimes two days later and she corrected that. As for the risk management department, it took 19 days to get that payment approved. Part of the problem was that the ***** ******* ******* ******** thought they were getting scam calls and emails and ignored them. Once we found out that we got the hospital people to call them. We eventually got our limit increased to $80,000 thanks in great part to *** ********** help.
