    ****** was very helpful today! We have been customers for a few years now and anytime I've had an issue (which is very few) I just call and they are able to help and fix whatever was the issue. Everyone I have spoken with there are very friendly and always helpful, glad this company has great customer service people.

    Our company has been using Sekure for the last two years with ***************************. She has been amazing to work with and has always been available to answer any questions that we have. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that our account stays at the same pricing and that if we do have any issues we don't have to wait in any of those long customer service lines on the phone to get a resolution. She's always gotten back to me in less than 24hrs and is the definition of amazing customer service.

    Their Major problem is no transparency. They switch to Palmas without a prompt or authorization. Charges go up and by the time you fought up with it they would make adjustment only for a month back. It happened to me twice in the course of a year. Both time I undergone a battle to get charges reversed. Second problem they would not release you from a contract that by magic will become 5 years!

From reviewing the file, we see that in 2022 you had worked with a Payment Expert regarding a concern with billing on your merchant account. Once the issue was brought to our attention, it was Sekures pleasure to work with you in the interest of customer service to settle on a mutually agreed upon credit amount covering a period spanning several months. A few months after that when account closure was requested, Sekure ensured that your merchant account was closed without any fees.     A representative from Sekure has been repeatedly calling our business and harassing us after we have clearly refused their offered services on multiple occasions. This representative is extremely rude, insolent and condescending. She tries to gather private contact information from our employees and does not take no for an answer. This is no way to do business, it's unprofessional, inappropriate and disturbing.I would stay away from Sekure at all costs.

    This company called us stating they spoke with someone already in our office which was not true. I advised them that we are not interested in their services and they still referred me to someone else asking for us to send them a statement of our current processing fees. we do not want them to start calling us repeatedly taking time away from our work load and clients.

    This company is full of lies. first off the company may be legally based in ** but they are not. their offices are in ******** ******. they have extremely shady sales tactics and sales reps will just say anything to get you to join. they do not disclose fees.if you do get cold called from Sekure and are not interested in their services, they will NOT put you on the *** even if they say they will. my friend who use to work at sekure said management would tell him not put put numbers on *** for everyone that asked.my uncle in ****** has told me Sekure call extremely often and harass staff at his business even though they have asked to be placed on their *** list and that they would never be interested in the service. he still however gets called so i had to register him myself on ****** *** list.
