      I bought the majority of Rockstar games but cannot play at all because the email adress used to play games is not longer in service. I have created numerous tickets and in all of them the are asking me to reply from the deleted email address which is impossible.

      On December 16th I purchases the game Red Dead Redemption 2 online, downloaded and installed the game and it will not work. I have spent countless hours attempting to get it to work going way above and beyond what would be considered normal for an average user. I have repeatedly asked for help or a refund to no response. They have contacted me twice in the 2 weeks since I purchased the game. Once to ask me to upload 4 files and once to make a suggested change, which can be found on their website. I asked Paypal to help and they referred me to the third party company that handles Rockstars financial transactions, who referred me back to Rockstar. Upon researching for solutions online I have found literally thousands of complaints about this game not working. I am just getting the runaround and I am sure they are hoping I will just go away. I paid $43.29 for the game and would like a refund. Thank you so much for your help with this.*******,*********************** ****** *****

      It is no surprise they never responded to you. That exemplifies what horrible customer service they have. Someone finally, after several weeks of no response, slow response and never resolving the issue with their garbage software, approved refunding my money. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. So I am not surprised at all they would not respond to the BBB. That says everything you need to know about that company. But thank you for following up.

      I bought the Red Dead game from Steam, and when I opened it, it asked me to create an account on Rockstar to link it to, so I created one and things worked fine, but with time I could not join my friends together, then I discovered that there are two accounts that were created one named *********** The second is elma9ry, so I contacted them and told them I want to solve this problem and I want to have only one account, so they asked me for some information, and indeed the linked account was changed, after that I could not enter the game from the ground up and a window appears telling me that you do not have the right to play The game is as you can see in the pictures shown in front of you, so I demanded to return my money, but they evade and continue to send the same steps, and now I do not want to solve the problem, I want my money, they even cannot solve their problems, so I came to bbb, it is possible that there is hope to return my money.

      I woke up to emails saying I created an account. I dont even own a gaming system so clearly someone stole my email to do this. Trying to get someone to deactivate this account has been impossible. I literally have gone through the website that is ridiculously difficult to navigate and have struggled all day. You then have to change the password ** you didnt even create the account to get into it. Some individual from ********* has stolen my email for this nonsense and I just want it gone and no one will help. Unreal.

      I have had a long history ofodd in game experiences with Rockstar Games. In game content goes missing for no reason. Cars, Weapons, Property. Rockstar does have tools to report these issues, but unfortunately the people that review these requests tend not to be thorough and I always end up back with the BBB for support. Today I noticed I was missing 7 of the same vehicles, the ** Weevil. I don't know when or how the vehicles went missing, but each character of the 4 I have had two of these, one character had 3. Today when I looked of the 9 I should have, I have 1. I need a tier two agent to research both characters in slot 1 & 2 for ******* and Badsportabort. I appreciate the BBB doe stepping in and I look forward to connecting with Rockstar Games. I wish they made getting service and support easier.

      Back in june 27,2012 i purchased a game called l.a. noire complete edition from steam. i then activated that account on rockstar games website using my then email address(*********************) that email account was hacked into then deactivated by me and my internet provider. This year back in may 2022 i got nostalgic and decided i wanted to play this game but rockstar games keeps sending my activation to my defunct email address. I have written them numerous emails stating that my new email address is *********************** they then ask for proof that i own game i sent them a receipt of game from steam among other things. but no resolution on there part. can you help me.
