      I am the rightful owner of a Rockstar Games *********** account that was hacked and had its email changed without my permission. I can still access my Epic Games account where Grand Theft Auto V is installed and verified, which proves ownership, but Rockstar Support has repeatedly denied my account recovery request despite the clear evidence Ive provided.I am requesting that Rockstar Games properly investigate and restore access to my *********** account by:1.Resetting the email on the account back to my control.2.Allowing me to secure the account with updated login credentials and two-factor authentication.I have already submitted supporting proof of ownership, including Epic Games receipts, my original account details, and linked account information. ********************** has closed my ticket without resolving the issue, leaving me without access to a product I rightfully ****** desired settlement is simple: I want my account restored to me, the legitimate owner, with my email reinstated.       Epic Games granted me GTA V for free and I want to play it, but it is linked to an old Rockstar account email I no longer use (its the same mailbox with a different alias). I asked Rockstar to unlink the account, but they refused. I provided ***** invoice/receipt showing the ****** the date GTA V was added to my Epic account (since 2020), and screenshots of the game in my Epic library. Despite this, Rockstar declined to help. **** advised me to show the invoice to Rockstar, but Rockstar replied that the invoice, Epic chat logs, and proof that Ive had the game since 2020 are not sufficient. What more can I provide? Im requesting a practical solution to unlink and relink the game to my current Rockstar account after verifying ownership.

      I lost access to the two-factor authentication (2FA) app on my Rockstar Games account. Authy, the authentication provider, has confirmed they cannot restore my authenticator.Rockstar Support has repeatedly closed my tickets and sent only automated replies, always copy-pasting the message to contact Authy, without actually reading my tickets, and marking them as "solved" even though the issue remains unresolved.

      I have purchased multiple products through Steam for rockstar. My Rockstar account is using an old email address which I do not have access to since Xfinity delete those email accounts every 90 days. I have not had an issue until my most recent attempt to play. Rockstar requires logins to be verified via email. When I attempted to log into my ancient email I noticed Xfinity has deleted it. I chatted with Xfinity and they confirmed they cannot recover the email.I notified Rockstar and they are refusing to assist. Im not even requesting they return the rockstar account to me. I have created a new rockstar account and purchased the game again. But the way Rockstar works when you launch a game through their client it opens steam which then opens rockstar. Since rockstar associates my active steam account with my old ********************** account I can't even play on my new rockstar account. I just need ********************** to unlink my steam and rockstar account so I can associate a different steam account to them. This is a WELL documented complaint of rockstar support and I have found people complaining about this exact issue for at least 6 years. They require dates of when the account was linked which is over 20 years ago.

      I am filing a formal complaint against Rockstar Games for failing to provide adequate support for a hijacked account, which prevents me from accessing a game I legally own.On May 17, 2020, I purchased Grand Theft Auto V on the Epic Games Store. My Rockstar Games account (Nickname: **************, linked to this purchase, was hijacked. The email on the account was changed to *********************** an address I cannot access. As a result, I am completely locked out of the game.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this through Rockstar's support channels, submitting multiple tickets (#********, #********, #********). Each time, despite providing my official Epic Games purchase receipt as definitive proof of ownership, my tickets were closed without resolution.The critical failure is this: support agents ignore my proof and send a scripted response asking me to verify my identity from the hacker's emailan impossible request. My pleas for escalation have been ignored.Rockstar Games is failing to provide a viable support path for hijack victims and is ignoring my proof of purchase.       It has now been 7 full days since my account issue was escalated and Rockstar has provided no fix, no meaningful response, and is now fully ignoring my follow-ups. This all began after I created a second ********** which triggered the infinite black screen bug, a known server-side Rockstar issue that has now locked me out of GTA Online completely.I have submitted multiple tickets and emails, provided clear documentation, and explained the situation in full yet Ive been left on read. Live support wont respond, I cant open a new ticket, and email responses have stopped altogether.Since migrating to Next **** Ive earned tens of millions of GTA$ from hundreds of Cayo Perico heists, fully-upgraded CEO/MC businesses, and property and vehicle investments. Ive also spent real money on Shark Cards and dedicated countless hours to progression all lost due to this bug.Your only offer was a rollback and 60 million GTA$ which would wipe everything I earned after migrating. Thats unacceptable.I gave a very reasonable final offer:1.Fix or delete the second ********* causing the issue (without touching my main),OR ******** my account with 100 million GTA$ for lost progress, purchases, and time.Your continued silence and refusal to fix this is now negligence and a violation of digital consumer rights. I paid for access to a working game and support system neither are being delivered.Weve now reached over 2 million views across ******* ******* ** *** **, and are in contact with local news outlets to share this story. I have full documentation. If this is not resolved IMMEDIATELY, we will proceed with legal action and escalate this publicly, legally, and through consumer protection agencies.

      I was previously informed that my concerns regarding Vortex and Power RP would be investigated, yet Ive received no follow-up. Meanwhile, both communities continue to harass me via streams, pay streamers to target me, and have initiated DDoS attacks against both myself and the city Im helping to build.****** is actively running payment plans via *******, operating outside of any regulated system, and has recently introduced a female check requiring users to prove their genderan alarming violation of GDPR and privacy laws. Additionally, both servers have retaliated by blacklisting our city after learning we reported them to CFX and Rockstar, even going as far as paying each other to enforce this.****** also claims to have an insider tipping them off to reports. Both servers run loot crates and gambling systems, which violate ** gambling laws. Theyre generating over $15,000/month through unregulated payments (CashApp), potentially breaching financial laws. Furthermore, ****** uses tools like RedEngine to illegally extract game files, violating the **** and Rockstars terms. Both servers use copyrighted assets without proper licensingsubject to DMCA action.Violations include:GDPR (female ID checks, user data privacy breaches)** Gambling/Loot Crate Laws DMCA (unauthorized copyrighted materials)U.S. **** (unauthorized data extraction using RedEngine)Financial Compliance (unregulated income via CashApp)If no immediate action is taken, I will escalate this to relevant data protection, financial crime, and copyright agencies. Rockstar and CFX must not allow these illegal practices to continue unchecked. I urge you to investigate both servers and take appropriate enforcement action now.

      I have been having issues with collecting earned rewards in GTA Online. I reached out to Rockstar Games to provide proof of this a week ago. At the time of creating the support ticket, I was advised to expect a reply in 48 hours. Again, it's been nearly a week and the issue I have been experiencing has been going on for longer than this. I also tried calling Rockstar Games and got a pre-recorded message telling you to use the online portal for the best and fastest support. Either way, Rockstar Games makes billions in dollars on an annual basis, there is no excuse to not have enough support agents to provide time, competent support.

      On June 19th, 2025 I purchased a game from Rockstar Games on the platform known as Steam while it was on sale for a few dollars. I have previously used this Steam account as a minor - I have since deleted the email that was associated with it previously and switched to the one I use now. Rockstar Games used it's own launcher within the platform that has an account linked to my old email - they refuse to link my new account or delete my old one as I can not access the email that it was previously associated with (on which I was playing ESRB rated R games as a minor without consent from my guardian(s) and they (Rockstar Games) allowed it) because I deleted it. I spent two days going back and forth with their support and they refused repeatedly to help me at all and I can not get a refund from them.Attached is a screenshot of my contact with Rockstar Games on the new account I had to make with them in order to try to resolve the situation, and which I can not link with Steam account until they unlink my old account. Attached is also a screenshot of my receipt from Steam of the **** Noire purchase.
