I bought the Red Dead game from Steam, and when I opened it, it asked me to create an account on Rockstar to link it to, so I created one and things worked fine, but with time I could not join my friends together, then I discovered that there are two accounts that were created one named *********** The second is elma9ry, so I contacted them and told them I want to solve this problem and I want to have only one account, so they asked me for some information, and indeed the linked account was changed, after that I could not enter the game from the ground up and a window appears telling me that you do not have the right to play The game is as you can see in the pictures shown in front of you, so I demanded to return my money, but they evade and continue to send the same steps, and now I do not want to solve the problem, I want my money, they even cannot solve their problems, so I came to bbb, it is possible that there is hope to return my money.

Rockstar has released Red Dead Online with no restrictions, meaning, modders/hackers, are allowed to obtain personal I.P. addresses, through the game via hacks and mods, and therefore manipulate another players game remotely. and in turn allow them to obtain another players information and spoof the account to allow them to play as the stolen identity. therefore causing the innocent player to get banned when it wasn't them doing anything. The identity theft has happened to me first hand, on 10/23/2022, and the player admitted to me that they have been doing this type of hacking for a year. Their fellow player was doing the same thing. and admitted it as well. Do not trust a company that allows other players to obtain your I.P. address without your consent.
