      Banning player for no reason. I spent over 300$ on the game and they banned my account with no reason or even contacting me about the reasons why. I asked them why and they still say nothing. The only thing I did was buy shark cards to get money And pay for the *** V + And they banned my account and reset it. When I asked why I get no reply on what rules I broke. I bought the game for me and my friends to play and I get banned with out any cause. This is unfair and they took my money then basically told me I am banned and rest. There needs to be some way this company can resolve this. I want my money back and they will lose my business for good. There need to be laws to protect people from being ripped off like this by big named commercial business like rock star. Very disappointed in them. Taking people's money then banning them from playing. Should be against the law and they should be able to be sued for this actions.

      This company clearly doesnt care about their customers. They offer no help to people struggling with the bugs in their games. I purchased the new gen ******* of GTA only to be stuck on a black screen for hours. The migration process has had bugs for years now (Ive read every Reddit thread pertaining to this issue). This company needs better customer service and to show that they actually care about their customers. They are unhelpful and I feel like I have been scammed at this point. I am out money for a new game and unable to play either *******. It wont even let me start with a new character. Rockstar needs to be held accountable!

      After years of ignoring predatory business tactics and shoddy customer service, **********************'s pushing the envelope in unacceptable practice. "Anti-cheat" program requiring kernel access to your PC, blocking out Linux users and numerous devices that rely upon it.

      Purchased a game 6 years ago. Have been periodically contacting support to get past a bug in the launcher. Each time theyre unable to help. Ive spent so long troubleshooting Im way past the return time. Never been able to play the actually game but have spent hour and hours trying to get it to work. 6 years and you still cant help me? Really?? **************** gives the run around constantly, is barely responsive and totally disjointed.

      bad company! got into a modder lobby and guess what now im getting an account reset! all that time money and effort into my account! i request the bbb fight this on my behalf and force them to rectify this! id give them a half a star if possible, this company added a new anticheat while thats cool its too late and now people are getting false banned / player reset. FIX THIS

      got into a bad modded lobby (trying to avoid them) then they the Modder puts c*** into my inventory as this is the only way i know things are flagged and my time and effort on the account is reset? yea no i request they tell me why or if they have anything to explain to me why. and if not i request they put it all back!

      My account was suspended and was told that i violated their terms of service and/or ****. I have read the documents that they keep referring me to and I don't see anything that I have done wrong. I have been on vacation for the last couple of weeks and have spent countless hours of game play only to be suspended. They are suspending me for 30 days and a character wipe but, won't tell me specifically what was done wrong.I won't play anymore after the suspension because I'm afraid any progress could possibly be wiped as well.

      Can't unlink my gta 5 game from the launcher. I used a ****** workspace email and domain. I do not have my business going anymore. So I let the domain go. Now I try to log into GTA 5 through steam. The rockstar game launcher pops up. Asks me to sign in. So I do, but it asks for a verification code. I can not access the email to get the code. I contacted rockstar and they act like I don't own the game. Can't play GTA story, GTA online, ragemp servers. FiveM seems to work, but still is ridiculous. Others faced this problem as well. Rockstar just seems to not care. I bought the game so many times since Day 1 it's ridiculous.

      I had purchased the $49.99 GTA+ Shark Card and never received the funds in game. After waiting a day in case it is just slow to update the in-game wallet I contacted Rockstar Support and followed the instructions to verify account info. The agent after researching on their end decided to add in 1.5 million to my in-game account. However, at the time of writing this review for BBB (a week after the transaction since I had work) I still have yet to get the remaining amount still owed to my in-game wallet that I paid for.
