    The customer service with ********************** has become truly spectacular. I had some sudden and unavoidable circumstances that were going to prevent me from making it to my scheduled bus and was an anxious wreck hoping to change my scheduled departure time. I called customer service at ********************** and had the great fortune of being connected with *****. ***** provided me with the assistance I needed, doing so smoothly and promptly. I felt I was in good hands and as a result I will definitely be using OurBus again in the future.
