This debt was paid in full and settled by another collection company in 1997. This is the third collection company trying to collect on a debt that has already been resolved. This is totally ridiculous, collection agencies should pay attention to dates and stop looking for an easy victims to prey on. Ashley M. Director of operations, should cease all collection efforts. This is inaccurate information!!!Business Response

I received a letter dated 10/25/2022 from National Action Resolutions Group stating they are attempting to collect a years-old debt and are willing to settle for $522.77. They state the creditor is *********. As of 11/21/2022 I have zero derogatory marks on my credit, meaning no debt in collection. The ref # is ******** and (fake) account # is ****************. I received a letter from this debt collecting agency that I owe $880.83 to a creditor named ****** ********* *** ******* *****************
I have never purchased or used any services from this company.
In the past I had identify theft and filed a police report. The name on this account is ******* ****** which was my last name 18 years ago. This must be a very old account, which would be over the allowed time to collect on and it was most likely Identity theft.Business Response
