    Business is contacting family members, claiming they have been put under an application for a loan, no proof has been provided that they have been, business has yet to send me any mail as well describing such loan, this loan shark process they are doing needs terminated, as it’s unlawful practice and harmful, a business lying does not work well in court.

    N.A.R.G sent text messages to my ex-husband, mother and step-father on 5-13-2025 saying they were listed as a reference/alternative contact for me. I don't have a collection on my credit report and have never put any of them as a reference. All have texted STOP to opt out. The phone number texting them is ###-###-####.

    I am writing to formally let you know about my concern and file a complaint against the National Action Resolution Group (NARG) for their repeated and unwanted communications. I have received persistent phone calls and emails from their representatives, and most alarmingly, my family members have also been contacted. These actions are not only intrusive but also completely inappropriate. Their company has claimed that I provided authorization to list my family members as alternate contacts. I want to make it unequivocally clear that I have never provided such consent. This claim is entirely false, and I request that they cease using it to justify these unauthorized contacts.

    I am requesting the following actions be taken immediately:

    1. Cease all direct communication with my family members.

    2. Stop any further harassment through excessive calls or emails.

    I don’t have any account with this company yet they continue to harass me and other family members. I am legally totally disabled and this company is making my health condition worse. I seek information on how to rectify this matter and have them stop contacting me.

    I get constant calls from these people for something I don’t owe. Not on my credit report and no proof that I owe it. They also love to call my family members who have nothing to do with whatever they are trying to accomplish. I will be filing a dispute.

    Received call and text problem is that they also called n texted my husband and my exhusbands wife! I have not been married to him in over 28 years. So they cant say i put down as reference or on application. I believe that is very disgusting collection practice. They sent email i went to log on to set up payment arrangements to have it say there is no balance available and no way to set anything up. I am also contacting the FTC about their practices
