    I recieved a letter from National Action Resolutions Group LLC, 6523 S Transit Rd. Suite 1, Lockport, NY 14094, c;aiming to be collecting $511.32 debt that they claim they have been trying to contact me for years and failure to respond / pay by 10/8/2022 they will assume the debt is valid and it will go to collections (Ref #: NA243239). This is a scam, there is no such debt. They don't even have my name correct. What should I do?

    Although we have not spoken with this consumer to verify correct identity. 

    I have closed this account and placed in dispute status. Collection efforts have ceased.

    I have received threatening calls and now a final correspondence letter from National Action Resolutions Group LLC about a debt in the amount of $2006.88 that I do not owe. It is addressed to my maiden name and has an account number with a ? in it. This letter is also signed by Ashley M***** as I’ve seen in other complaints.

    To whom it may concern,

    This consumer must have us mistaken for another debt collector regarding any "threatening" phone calls. We have not made or received ONE phone call on this account. What this consumer did receive was a settlement offer on a past due debt. AGAIN we have not spoken to this consumer to verify correct identity or verify the debt. However, due to this complaint and her obvious dispute, I have closed the account and placed in "DISPUTED" status.
