An order that I purchased arrived at Fast Track Express *** in Jamaica ** on November 22, 2023. According to tracking history there are a number of entries of Arrived Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting Item or Departed Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting Item; however it never leaves the Jamaica ** facility. The latest entry is on Dec. 14, 2023 4:57pm Arrived Shipping Partner ********* **** Awaiting Item. My order has been at this shipping facility for 24 days. I ordered a personalized items from Custom Best Gift on November 13, 2023. I received notice that a tracking number was generated for my item on November 14. The tracking then shows that my item arrived at Fast Track Express **** in Jamaica, ** on December 4th. It sat there with no update until December 10th when it shows that it departed from there, but then it shows it departed from the same place again on December 13th. I have emailed and called Custom Best Gift in the last week and I have not been able to speak to anyone. I just want the item. It was supposed to be a gift.Customer Answer
